What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its latest AI help, which aids me in professional writing and creating documents. It helps me organize my thoughts effectively. The tracker feature is great for keeping track of my projects and tasks, and the task creation feature adds to my productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion needs to be more simple in terms of understanding all the features, which can help users utilize every aspect of it more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me with writing, getting AI suggestions, organizing thoughts, creating documents and SOPs, and tracking projects and tasks.
Efficient Knowledge Tracking, File Organization Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to spin up pages and how great the databases are. The ability to spin up additional pages that link to a database keeps me really organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the file structure – it's been hard for me to keep track of everything. When I create a new page, I don't know where it lives. I also dislike how we can't customize fonts/header sizes. i find the current design way too big and the spacing way too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for knowledge tracking, team wiki, and documentation. It's easy to spin up pages, organize with databases, and experiment with AI note-taking.

I use Notion for my job to find resources and for Knowledge Management. It allows me to find resources in a streamlined fashion and helps me better understand tasks and ways of working. I like that the platform is straightforward and customizable. I also enjoy the collaboration with peers. The search tool is valuable to me, as well as the ability to create new pages. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a simple, user-friendly database system where it is easy to collaborate as a team.
Considering that it is very flexible, I have been able to use it in various projects and organizations over the past 5 years. Now with the AI Assistant, it is even faster and easier to set up databases. It is easy to integrate into organizations and since it is multi-platform, it is really convenient.

Sometimes, there are certain limitations in the way pages and databases communicate with each other, but I have always managed to find a solution thanks to the AI assistant.

Intuitive Tool with Powerful AI but Needs UI Tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to track and organize my projects. I appreciate having a centralized place to keep notes, ideas, and to-do items. The desktop app is ready to use on my PC, so I don't need to open a browser and log in, which is super convenient. It's intuitive and easy to use for creating pages and organizing them with the built-in database that can capture large amounts of data. I also value the AI agents that help review notes, organize, create content, and prompt me for updates, ensuring I don't miss important tasks. Notion has many objects to organize notes and data efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The database row has an open page button, which seems unnecessary since clicking on the row should open the page record directly. It takes more time than it should. When the page does open, there's no link to go back to the database view, which could be improved. Also, the guest sharing versus member setup is confusing. I ended up getting billed for another member when I was just trying to share, resulting in an unused seat.

I use Notion to centralize notes, ideas, and to-do items, while the AI agent manages project progress and content creation.

I honestly wish their were more in depth training modules - that would guide you step by step as you create/use with Notion.

I find Notion very user-friendly and easy to use, which makes it simple to find things. Aesthetic Design, Central Hub for Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Notion for organizing my work tasks, like to-do lists and ongoing projects. It's helpful for breaking everything down visually and tracking my progress. I also use it as a resources hub, storing all the links I need for work, which is convenient for quick access from anywhere. Probably the aesthetics are what I enjoy most about Notion. When it looks good, it motivates me to use it and helps me stay focused. The design aspect really supports my productivity. Even though getting started was a bit tricky, the AI feature made it easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way of doing to-do lists. Like, a way that, like, you could click and then they would be removed or something along those lines. Like, a to-do list database would be helpful.

Too Similar to MS Word—Hard to See the Added Value
What do you like best about the product?
It is a lot like MS word so from that respect it is easy to use.

I already have word I do not understand why we would also need this? It works the same as putting a word doc in the share drive. I don't see any differences.

We use it to take notes for our meetings and keep them in one place. Much like writing them in a word doc in the shar drive.
