Notion is part of my day to day
What do you like best about the product?
I truly enjoy the fact that we can create whatever we want from scratch, really helps me with my projects. Its easier to collaborate, add links and use AI to improve documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting sometimes is hard, there is a learning curve to do it, specially with tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not a english native speaker, this helps me a lot writing with clarity and being more at ease with a non primary language.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a wonderful product for consolidating a knowledge base for a company and using Notion AI to then search that knowledge base for quick answers saves so much time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Really have not identified anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has solved our Company's problem of not having an internal and external knowledge base for all company updates, agendas, KPI's, etc. and also product information for internal knowledge and partner updates.
Super flexible but can be overcomplicated
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can mould the content to my needs - properties, databases and relations are all powerful features for those who love a custom setup. The AI meeting notes is probably the best I have tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes doing simple things can be highly overcomplicated if you have databases and a custom setup. You really have to think about your account structure and go back through old configurations to make sure the "new thing" fits nicely. As a task management system it leaves a lot to be desired, but the integrations help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flexibility in information storage. We have varying needs and no system truly "fits" us, which is why the modular style of Notion works well. The AI features are just a must these days, saving time and ensuring consistency and no forgotten details.

There is a learning curve, especially for new users. At first, the interface and depth of features can feel overwhelming, and it takes some time to fully unlock its potential.

Notion is solving multiple challenges by acting as an all-in-one workspace. It streamlines project management, combines a powerful AI-enhanced text editor, and serves as a centralized database and operations hub for my agency. Instead of juggling multiple tools, I can manage everything—from strategic planning to task tracking and documentation—in a single, flexible platform. This integration has boosted my team’s productivity, improved collaboration, and given us a clearer overview of our priorities and progress.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very versatile software and helps me manage my to-do lists, projects, academic to-dos. The drag and drop feature makes it very easy to manage content. I personally use it for notes taking and task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is slow when dealing with large pages or data. It is also difficult to use it offline and areas with low connectivity sometimes, I think they can work on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For day to day tasks it has replaced several other tools like docs, wiki, spreadsheets, etc. It also makes collaboration easier.

It makes me gain a lot of time. For example I use AI to generate database, and then I modify them to my pleasure.

Even as a new user, I was able to start organizing and building pages right away. There's a lot of flexibility to customize your workspace depending on your needs, whether you're using it solo or with a team.
Support has been generally good. The help center and documentation are very comprehensive, and on the few occasions I've reached out, the response was timely and helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
The built-in AI doesn't always work as expected. Sometimes it gives vague or unhelpful answers, so I often find myself going back to ChatGPT when I need more accurate or in-depth assistance.
Also there's a bug that always annoys me, the cursor arrow dissapears when I have the bright background so it's a bit silly...

Before, I was using multiple apps for note-taking, task management, and documentation, which made it hard to stay organized and find information quickly. What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and the integration with many other platforms and softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
I might have not explored this properly but you need to be online to see files that have been uploaded on it.

It allows me to speed up bullet point summaries and action taking notes.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is clearly my go-to solution. The company I'm working at now is using it and I don't know if I could switch back after years of using in-house solutions from big corporations and local intranets, this is the most intuitive and easy solution to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish there was for text-formatting and text edition option. It's impossible to center texts, to format text like in a Word document. I could also be great to have a drag & drop options and be able to position widgets anywhere you want on a page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving one main problem that was the waste of time on other solutions. Wether it's the AI writing assistant or the Entreprise Search Software, I'm saving considerable amount of time versus the other solutions I've used in the past. It's so easy to use that it makes you save even more time.
