Central Hub with Stellar AI Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the UI and simplicity to navigate in Notion. It acts as a centralized source for everything within my company and is my go-to place to find what I need. The AI integration is amazing and very helpful. I particularly appreciate the AI meeting note taker and chatbot, so I don't need another tool open for those tasks. Notion's feature of having a centralized tool that does everything for my day-to-day functions like task reminders is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?

Notion centralized my tasks with its AI meeting note taker and task reminders. I no longer need multiple tools open, simplifying my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
its flexibility, the AI notetaking has been awesome, using it for personal checklists but also collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
copying and pasting can be wonky, and sometimes stuff doesn't work right and I have to exit out and reopen the page because there's no refresh

Tells me exactly what i have to get done. Everything is organized and connected together (no more manually tracking entries on multiple pages)

I find Notion incredibly helpful to quickly locate what I need when I need it. I really appreciate its ease of use, making my tasks straightforward. The initial setup was great, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, Notion works great for what I need it for.

Powerful AI Features, Pricey Enterprise Paywall
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for all my AI note-taking, meetings, and creating reports and databases to keep track of daily activities. I love its ease of use and the ability to take notes at the end of meetings quickly. The Notion AI and AI meeting notes are the features I value the most because they help me create reports and convert meetings into accurate minutes even with a lot of background noise. The setup was very easy, which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like the pricing. All the features I use are AI-related and they put them under the enterprise paywall for no reason. I can get the cheaper plan because all I use is Notion AI and AI note-making tools.

I use Notion for note-taking and managing meetings. It lets me track daily activities and create reports. The AI features in Notion aid in efficiently converting meeting notes even with background noise, streamlining my task management.
Time-Saving AI Features, Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like the search function in Notion's AI tool, which has been really handy for me. I can just type and ask Notion to list all of my accounts with specific criteria, and the AI spins up a list without needing to search through everything manually. This makes it much easier to navigate the app and saves me time looking through various sections. Also, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the left-hand side organization messy and not customizable. It would be cool to build out labels and categories as opposed to what’s only available out of the box.

I use Notion for day-to-day work articles and account info. The AI search function makes it easy to find information quickly, saving time and simplifying navigation.

Efficient Note-Taking and AI Assistance
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion's cloud storage quite useful. I really like how easy it is to take screenshots from my online lectures and add them directly into Notion. The interface is straightforward and simple to use, which is an aspect I like. Setting up Notion was very simple as well, I didn't have to do much, to be fair.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just have slight concerns about how my images are stored and stuff like that. Obviously, I know it's cloud storage, but I do question if I don't have Wi-Fi, I'll be slightly concerned if I have to access my notes. It'll be nice if there was an option to store everything locally. I know you can export some, but it takes a few button clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me make and revisit lecture notes, using the AI function to explain slides I don't understand. It aids in organizing lectures and is simple to use for taking screenshots.
