What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily share data. Members are automatically notified when data is added or modified, which helps optimize communication.
New features are being added one after another, and it’s becoming possible to build entire systems using Notion alone.
Although we haven’t fully leveraged the generative AI features yet, we expect them to contribute significantly to improving our operational efficiency in the future.

What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface seems to be quite difficult for older generations to understand.
Also, it can be inconvenient to use without a touchscreen.
In addition, I would like to see more flexibility in designing the screen layout.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have implemented many of our internal business workflows in Notion, incorporating features such as information sharing, preventing task omissions, and obtaining manager approvals. This has helped solve a number of operational issues.
Since the implementation can be easily modified, we are also able to improve functions at a rapid pace.

Notion turned my workflow from survival mode to serene ops—finally executing with clarity, balance, and flow from my home den of peace.

I love a good font integration so I’m always hoping for the ability to add google fonts with notion so I guess I dislike the limited 3 fonts currently.

What do you like best about the product?
Excerpting from many:
- Simple and easy-to-view structure and color scheme
- Intuitive and free screen operation, but not cluttered due to the block concept
- Support by AI and implementation at the property level
- Unified design makes work enjoyable
- Therefore, you want to create various pages with Notion and organize them with Notion
- Automation has improved business quality, so daily ideas can be realized (this is amazing, SaaS becomes unnecessary)

What do you dislike about the product?
Of course, as a premise, I don't "dislike" it, but in terms of potential for improvement:
・It would be nice to be able to move up and down the screen or within text using ⌘ (for when you want to go down quickly).
That's all!
Features that would be nice to have:
・It would be amazing if AI properties could reference other properties to generate content (e.g., generating FB in property C by combining the contents written in property A with property B).
・It would be nice to be able to choose the color of the callout frame. (It might be good to slightly brighten the tone or lighten the density of the block's background color at that time.)
・A table of contents display for people who are not yet literate in Notion would be good, especially when they might not notice the display on the right edge!
・I think the table of contents, headings, Board View, Gallery View, etc., would be the targets, but it might be good to have a simple badge display where updates have occurred.

Thank you very much.
As a recent major achievement, my department faced a complex internal approval process, and post-approval was a significant issue.
So, I quickly created an approval flow hub using Notion (just as the form feature was released) and set up a workflow.
Remarkably, post-approvals from my team disappeared. Subsequently, the "recurring" feature of Automation was introduced at just the right time, and concerns about subscription payments and various task management were almost eliminated.
The functions I (Project Management team) built, which would typically require contracting external SaaS (approval flow management, knowledge base, meeting management, internal news page, inventory management, etc.), are all covered by Notion, and I believe we achieved a total cost reduction of over 10 million yen in the first year.
Moreover, having an environment where everyone can think about the flow and immediately reflect requests is very important, and I feel that the relationships within the team have become very good.
* In fact, members from various roles have shown interest in Notion and approached me, which serves as a communication opportunity, and the ideas born there are useful, and Notion is always at the center of my discussions.

A flexible, all-in-one workspace that grows with you
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customisable it is — whether I’m managing documentation, tracking projects, or brainstorming ideas, I can structure it exactly how I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a bit slow or clunky with larger databases or on mobile, and the learning curve is a little steep at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me centralise everything — from process documentation to project planning and team onboarding. It’s streamlined how I store and share information, making it easier to keep track of details and maintain consistency across tasks and teams. It’s especially useful when managing multiple projects or clients with overlapping needs.
Organisation skills and personal space
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an application that allows me to organise all my thoughts and priorities into one space, providing me with flexibility and organization. It's best features include the AI assistant, the note-taking features (i.e easy tables and embedded links).
What do you dislike about the product?
Some improvements Notion can make is to add a mindmapping feature similar to that of "obsidian" app, to make further it easier to find notes. Also to provide more features in the free version of the app/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using notion as a note taking app. I am unsure which features notion is attempting to fix in this department. Perhaps more smarter AI assistant or a design that is less simplistic.
My go to app for notetaking
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything can be organised and set out neatly, this helps me revise and learn about the notes I have taken. Also the AI feature helps me save time, when I write a toggld I can let the AI fill the contents of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
My notes can be a bit bland sometime, would love to have different layouts for worksheets, or the ability to quickly enter math equations into a worksheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don’t have to take notes in my workbook anymore, and I don’t need to completely write down notes from my lecture slides. I can get the main points from each slide and then ask the AI to summarise key points, add simple examples and provide further clarification if needed.
