Flexible, Collaborative Workspace That Empowers Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
How flexible it is and how well it adapts to the way I think and work as a marketer. It feels less like a tool and more like a shared workspace where ideas, plans, and knowledge can live together. I use it to document strategies, capture ideas, write drafts, and create lightweight systems without friction. It is especially powerful for async work because context is always there and nothing gets lost.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have seen teams build beautiful spaces that slowly turn into content graveyards because no one maintains them. Performance can also feel slow at times, especially with large databases, which breaks focus. And while it is great for documentation and thinking, it is not ideal for tracking execution or performance, so it often needs to be paired with another tool. It is powerful, but it requires strong discipline to stay useful over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the biggest benefit is clarity and continuity. I can document strategies, campaign logic, playbooks, and decisions in a way that new teammates can understand without constant handover meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to organize information about my company and manage projects. I don't need multiple platforms now, which is great because I can do everything in one place. I like how easy and intuitive it is, and I love the templates available plus all the integrations I can do. It's free for my company, which makes it very accessible and solves many of my problems, making it something I use every day. Even though I'm not a designer, Notion's advanced templates make things easy for me. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive, and overall, Notion is more complete for what we needed, especially having switched from Trello.

Notion in my daily work
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is I like notion projects because while creating a project I can set the status of the project then the project deadline details then the project is priority or not. Then the project is how much pending in percentage. So while using notion I can see whether the project is in the beginning or intimate or a project is not finished so in my work it is very useful & it's like my personal manager
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning notion is quite complicated because there is lot of features so we want to build one by one. Then notion have some paid service but in my experience in it is not worth to pay the free version is enough.

Notion is helping me in the business, like I can see the full history of the project like when the project going to hand over and now project is which stage. Daily using notion I can easily check the details in a single view.
Aesthetic UI with Templates Boosts Daily Planning
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for daily planning and structuring my work. I really appreciate Notion's user interface, which I find quite aesthetic. It has lots of templates that make planning easier for me, and I enjoy using them. The appealing design makes my everyday work more interesting and planning tasks in a well-organized way gives me a feeling of accomplishment. The transition from using Microsoft To-Do Planner and paper to Notion was easy, and I found everything I need all in one place.

Notion sometimes lags on my mid-level PC. I'd suggest they make it a bit lighter so it can run smoothly on low-end PCs too.

I use Notion for daily planning, helping manage procrastination by focusing on essential tasks. Its aesthetic interface and templates make planning interesting and task completion satisfying.
Outstanding Experience with Seamless Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very helpful in terms of organization and note taking. I love how easy it is to organize pages and nested pages, all the free templates I can quickly download and use, and that there are easy integrations with Figma and Docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything! If anything, probably how collaboration works - I'd like to see who added what and when.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a bunch of things to do everyday at work so Notion is helpful with keeping track of everything in a to-do list that I can drag-drop like a kanban board. I also take alot of online courses so it's helpful in note taking and embedding Figma or Youtube links. I love that I can create a nicely looking page and share with my clients or team when I need to. I'd rather use Notion than Docs in that case.
