What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize is excellent. It's almost as if there's nothing it can't do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because I can do anything, there are some parts that are a bit troublesome. Seek a little more enhancement of the templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can manage things you want to note by dividing them into hierarchies.
Super versatile, capable tool
What do you like best about the product?
It feels like there are endless use cases for Notion. It can present information in so many different ways and is super configurable, so it has the ability to replace many project management/productivity tools. The Notion AI assistant is amazing at answering any questions about my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to it, and buttons aren't always where I think they will be, but I'm getting used to it with practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
—AI Writing Assistant helps save time when creating new schedules or briefs.
—Chatbot great at answering any question I have about the org, from a question about an upcoming release to requesting PTO.
—Like having all my notes in one place and being able to present them however I like.

Amazing job at taking Meeting notes
What do you like best about the product?
I love notion in general, but now with integrated AI its next level compared to any note taking app. I think the fact that it is able to summarize my meeting and I can send minutes out right after with Action items is a game changer. I told my boss about it right away and he wants to get it as well. I just started using the AI meeting feature but have been using notion AI for a while to organize my notes and its mostly been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I had notion organize one of my pages, it made hyperlinks to things and I liked the way it was organized but the hyperlinks don't work. I've tried multiple times. So I would almost have to manually copy what it suggests to make it work. Which is frustrating and I just wouldn't bother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
making me able to organize my various meetings.
Being able to search my notes to find what I need. Consolidating all my information and using that to get me answers.

Notion has been the best tool I got to know in the past 5 years
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is simply a gem. I have been struggling to work in a fintech where the product team was mostly working on different tools (i.e. Jira) vs. all the other teams tools. With Notion, we have centralized all the info among all the teams. About Notion, I love its use of databases and tables.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still see some lags in regards of the math I can run within tables. I wish it was going to be as advanced as excel, both math-wise, both graphs side.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and implementation, it's very user-friendly, and you're able to get work done with the help of AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is laggy and takes time to load the pages, but overallit is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep a very robust knowledge base and helping with project management keeping a holistic view of what's going on in terms of projects.

What do you like best about the product?
So hopeful to stay organised. Its clean, easy to use and does everything I need plus more. Whenever I think "I wonder if I can do this on Notion", the answer is always yes and probably in a better way than I thought up. It does pretty much everything I need to run business meaning that the number of different softwares and apps I now require is much less than it used to be.
Notion has really helped me stay on top of my business and I credit it for my business growing in the last 12 months.
I use it every single day and recommend this to everyone.

What do you dislike about the product?
I really enjoyed the process of setting everything up and found it easy to do but I know this is a barrier for people I have recommended Notion to.

Its really helping me stay organised and have everything I need in one place.
I wish that the AI Chatbot had a stored memory and was able to understand what I am requiring from it more.

Notion AI is built into your workspace, so you don’t have to jump between tools to get things done. Whether you're writing a doc or updating it, the AI is just a keystroke away. You can invoke it by hitting the spacebar. It’s designed to feel like part of your flow without having to manually invoke it

Notion AI is good but there is some room for improvement. At times, it can generate content that feels a bit generic or repetitive—especially if your prompts are vague or your workspace is cluttered. It is always a good idea to refine and finalize your content before publishing.

Notion AI assists with drafting content, summarizing notes, generating emails, and brainstorming ideas. It supports me in shaping my product strategy, outlining and summarizing large documents, and surfacing the right resources when I need them. It also makes writing OKRs and presenting business cases much simpler.

My Dashboard for Everything
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Notion to some extent for several years, but it's recently become my dashboard for nearly everything I do. With notion I can easily set up tools, tasks, and trackers for just about anything I need to keep up with, and it's all in one place where I can find it easily. I've recently moved over to Notion email and have already gotten a more manageable inbox with just a bit of configuration. I've also moved a lot of my writing over from Google Docs to notion since the inline AI tool allows me to use AI to do research and get pointers without having to go to an outside app or page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some problems with running notion as an autostart program. It loads, but doesn't work and I have to close and restart it. Otherwise the only issue I've seen was a calendar problem that turned out to be because I hadn't updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me get organized so I always have a prioritized list of things I need to do, ideas I want to develop, and projects I need to work on. I've also incorporated into my workflow for writing and for scheduling blog posts.
A tool that keeps on giving!

There’s new features that I kept discovering and I particularly like the new AI they added.

The first few times I used Notion had a learning curve that I struggled with.

A shared space within the team that has many tools for easy collaboration.
