Customizable and AI-Enhanced Organization

  • March 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Notion is for my needs. I can kind of organize the parts of my life that need organizing and sort them in various different ways. It's a neat and clean way to keep everything together. I love using the AI because it helps me not have to sit there and figure everything out. The AI can create categories and manage systems for me, like my referral system, it really eliminates many points of friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything I dislike about Notion. I think I just need to learn how to use the AI function a bit more. I prefer organizing events in a list form rather than using a traditional calendar. It's not really a limitation of Notion but more about me learning to use it effectively. I want to learn how to easily integrate notes from my app into Notion databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize my clinical referrals, manage content creation projects, and track daily life events. It helps me sort things neatly and use AI to reduce friction, especially with setting up databases and generating email responses.

Centralized Hub with Smooth Interface

  • March 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I actually really like the interface, it's easy to use, which makes people more likely to use it. I also like the search function, it's pretty robust and picks up on what I need. I appreciate the task assignment feature, especially important for a large remote team like ours. It's nice that tasks can be assigned to different people, and when these features work together, Notion becomes a good source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I don't really like the search function. I think it kinda misses what I'm actually looking for. And then I think that if the person in charge isn't organizing it well, it can get kinda confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to consolidate scattered information into one organized space, acting as a reliable source of truth for our team.

Streamlines Knowledge Management Across Teams

  • March 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion has substantially replaced our Google Docs, making knowledge creation and sharing easy. The AI search features are also something I appreciate a lot. I enjoy the seamless way to create different tables and views, which is really helpful for product management. The ease of sharing knowledge and having everything non-fragmented is a big plus for me. The initial setup was really easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had issues before when trying to share knowledge across different workspaces and company accounts that I'd set up. It's not trivial to migrate knowledge bases between organizations, especially when shutting a project down and trying to move it to a new project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for knowledge management across engineering, product, marketing, and finance. It creates a comprehensive, easily shared knowledge base, reducing fragmentation compared to Google.

Boosts Small Business Operations with AI-Powered Efficiency

  • March 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion as an AI writing assistant because it helps me with writing, especially for emails and documentation. I find it significantly valuable that I only need to pay for one subscription instead of multiple tools, and I'm amazed by how well Notion.ai syncs with Linear and Slack. Notion AI is particularly helpful as it helps me understand where I'm lacking in company history or context and provides answers in seconds. It makes my process simpler and quicker, allowing me to produce high-quality output. I also appreciate that Notion Mail is very good, doing its job well, and it's excellent for brainstorming and copywriting. The initial setup was very easy, and building with Notion AI was quick, allowing us to customize it effectively to our liking. I've been using Notion for just under a decade, and I love how it works for my small business by being a one-stop go-to place for knowledge management and documentation. Every time someone asks me about tools I use, I recommend Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion needs a lot more automations, and it needs to have tutorials on these custom agents that it's released.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for knowledge management, documentation, and it’s a one-stop go-to for my small business. It helps with writing, especially emails and documentation, and saves costs by covering multiple tool functions with one subscription.

Centralized Workspace with Room for UI Improvement

  • March 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion has a lot of unique features, including Notion AI, a meetings summarizer, Notion Mail, Notion Calendar, and Notion Desktop. These tools really help keep everything in one place and make my life easier. It also makes cross collaboration much easier and serves as a reminder when I need to reference something. Notion's all-in-one database platform is great, allowing us to store multiple things in one place compared to having multiple tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be improved. A lot of these databases are geared primarily towards tech professionals. It'd be nice to have a platform that's more friendly for professionals outside the tech sector. Another issue is that the initial setup of Notion was not easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize projects and databases for team activities, enabling cross collaboration. It serves as an all-in-one database, replacing multiple platforms, and makes life easier with reminders and reference tools.

Streamlined Project Management, Versatile Yet Complex

  • March 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how fairly easy it is to switch between projects and different tasks in Notion. I work on three different project management boards, and being able to switch between different dashboards and tasks while having everything organized in one place is really useful for me. It was actually very easy to set up Notion for project management, tasks, and social media posts. Even though Notion can be very complex with many features, for the things I use it for, it was fairly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little complicated to use the platform. There's just too many features. It would be nice if there's a little bit more of a basic mode, but I know that takes some learning to do, for Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps keep everything organized, provides tasks, and lets me have everything in one place.
