What do you like best about the product?
It's a pretty helpful centralized place to keep information.

It does provide a helpful place to store information for our company.
A very flexible product with lots of templates to get started.

The flexibility of being able to put anything on a page, or create a database. Also the Ai features.

Information can sometimes be hard to find in the nested pages, but that is off set by the AI assisted search.

Ability to track the tasks and deadlines. The AI notetaker is helping us document our meetings.

I love that Notion is easy to use and intuitive. The knowledge management tool ensures I have all I need at my fingertip without having to search multiple pages.
The writing assistant has also been a live saviour anytime I feel stuck drafting any form of communication.

The chat history sometimes does not save previous history. I can often see from a week ago but not from a day ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me access multiple information regarding my company in a seamless way. It's my single source of truth.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the brain of my business. From centralized knowledge management to real-time team collaboration, it helps streamline everything—from client onboarding to project execution. The AI Writing Assistant is a massive time-saver for documentation, SOPs, and creative brainstorming. Enterprise Search lets me find exactly what I need across dozens of workspaces in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is performance lag with very large databases and slow syncing across devices when managing high-volume automation logs. I’d also like to see deeper native integrations with platforms like Go High Level and MySQL to reduce dependence on third-party connectors.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion acts as the command center for my business. It’s helped eliminate scattered tools by combining wikis, SOPs, project tracking, and CRM data into one customizable space. I’ve built entire dashboards to manage client work, track SEO, store internal systems, and coordinate team sprints. It saves time, reduces back-and-forth, and enables my small team to punch above our weight.
It's worth the learning curve; AI top notch!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion allows me and my team to organize all of our thoughts, trade ideas, and build out plans for content planning. I love that you can nest pages within each other. The toggles and forms of organizing allow for easy ways to get a ton of information on a page and condense it. The AI is the best part. It's expensive, but worth the money because you can search through your notion docs and ask it to read the page and generate more content or plans. It's all we use to organize documents!
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a steep learning curve because it's overwhelming. There's so much you can do with notion but it's hard to know where to begin. The training videos are helpful and many of the templates are too, but they can also be intense. Take time to get to know the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It holds all of our content and content planning. We're the in-house marketing team at a non-profit. I love that it cross-searches information across our notion docs. So the AI is super smart and allows me to reference other docs within the database.
Efficiency maximized utilizing Notion's AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I find particular benefit in Notions flexibility for being used a broad number of tasks as well as the built in AI assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The vast number of building blocks that make the software so flexible are also difficult to learn and therefore utilize to their maximum potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has made my email drafting and response to technical requests for information far more efficient and clear. My number one use case is composing notes with my technical answers, expertise, and thoughts and then using the Ai writing assistance to format, compose, and grammatically fix my unstructured notes in order to issue formal response. Recently Notion has also solved many of my real time notetaking challenges during conference calls. Additionally, managing project tasks and time tracking has been made far simpler with the notion and notion calendar combo system. I am able to building out more accurately what I worked on throughout the day without breaking my workflow and then retroactively document my time in our companies software. My tasks and priorities are frequently changing throughout the day and Notion calendar makes is easy to adjust fluidly.
