Intuitive Organization, Rich Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion is very easy to use. Although it can be a bit overwhelming at first with many options, once you get the hang of it, it makes a big difference in organizing everything. I love the different templates it comes with, allowing me to go through various types and styles to fit my criteria. I really appreciate how it uses AI to finish any thoughts, sentences, or even reorganizes them, which I find really useful. The initial setup was pretty easy, just needing to make and verify an account, and then I was free to do whatever.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I'm still pretty beginner with Notion, so I may not really know sometimes on how I need to change a text or make a font bolder or bigger. It can be a little bit hard to use compared to something easily at that can be done through, for example, Word or Google Doc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize my thoughts with its different templates and styles, making it easier to fit my criteria.
Streamlining AI Workflows with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion because its simplicity and robustness make it ideal for use as our corporate knowledge base. It saves time and effort, allowing us to focus on solving business issues rather than setting up backend infrastructure. It's easier to integrate and use with AI agents compared to Dropbox and SharePoint. The setup was a bit confusing at first, but delegating that to the AI agent sorted it out quickly. I appreciate how it has become a centralized and collaborative way for colleagues to continue each other's work and manage projects, making it resilient to system outages and vacations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visual representation of the folder tree structure is not as accessible as we'd like, so we don't usually tinker with this directly. Something like the macOS Finder column view would be useful, to navigate more clearly up and down folders. The initial setup of Notion was a little confusing in the first instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a corporate knowledge base, centralizing AI agents' skills and workflows, streamlining projects, and enabling collaborative work. Its simplicity and robustness save time and effort, allowing us to focus on business issues instead of backend setup.
Exceptional Flexibility but Improvements Required for Databases
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the whole of Notion, especially for its flexibility. I find it to be a modular tool that allows you to do a lot of things and offers the freedom to go far if I want to. For example, I have used formulas and more advanced features than others I work with, who sometimes use simpler and more basic things. I love databases, they work well as long as there isn't too much information inside. As a freelancer, I really manage everything with Notion, and it's a tool that I consider reliable and powerful, which doesn't have as many bugs compared to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clearly, databases don't work very well as soon as there are many entries in a database; it's heavy, it doesn't load. As a freelancer, I can't always easily duplicate the pages I've created while working with the agency. The home section is not very clear. I don't really see how to create a dashboard that truly fits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me centralize documents and links like Google Drive and Figma, structure information for stakeholders, write my interview guides, and save time with templates. It's a powerful and flexible tool.
The Swiss Army Knife of Productivity in 2026
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most is that Notion is a truly versatile tool. It’s the "all-in-one" workspace that actually lives up to the name. The context-aware AI (Notion AI) has become a massive productivity booster for me, allowing me to summarize long meeting notes or generate action items instantly. The database functionality is unmatched; being able to flip between a Kanban board, a Gallery, and a Calendar view for the same data set is a game-changer for my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial learning curve can be steep for new users. While it's powerful, it isn't always "plug-and-play," and setting up a complex workspace requires significant time. Additionally, the fast performance can occasionally dip when a page becomes overloaded with heavy blocks or large databases. I would also like to see more robust offline capabilities for those times when a stable internet connection isn't available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the "tab fatigue" and "information silo" problem for me. Before Notion, my project tasks were in one app, my notes in another, and my documentation in a third. By centralizing everything, it has streamlined my project management and served as a reliable knowledge base. The benefit is a much clearer "source of truth" for my personal and professional goals, leading to better problem-solving and less time spent searching for files.
Flexible and Usable, But Needs Better Transcribing
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the overall usability of Notion and how flexible it can be. It's great that it allows people to submit requests in an organized manner. I value the integrations as they let us automatically have information come in, which keeps us organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I have challenges with the transcribing tool in the past. The main issue with the transcribing tool is that it's not able to hear other people on a call, at least that's what I've experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing tasks and ticketing. It allows people to submit requests to us in an organized manner and integrations help us have information come in automatically, keeping us organized.

Effortless Document Management, Needs Improved Markdown Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for knowledge sharing and storing different types of documents, from technical to business. I like its visualization of documents and ease of use, especially when it comes to technical documents with embedded code. The formatting is helpful, and having different visual representations allows me to sectionalize documents, making it easy to skim through and access just the code snippets or click on embedded links. I can also link other documents easily in the workspace. Setting up Notion after switching from Google Docs was a breeze for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't copy and paste a markdown file into Notion, I have to import it. Not great with me.
