Notion has been very user friendly and easily adaptable for a multitude of business settings
What do you like best about the product?
The use of the AI tool to help translate business content from English to French.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion could be more easily intertwined with Google Apps and tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Out of all the AI tools out there, as I work in a business that covers both Ontario and Quebec, the Notion AI has the best translations when going from English to French Canadian. Most tools translate to France French which is very different from French Canadian, and Notion is able to recognize the difference
Beautiful but Sometimes Overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
Notion’s customisation is stunning—once you get the hang of it, you can create beautiful, organised pages. Notion AI is a great tool as it uses your Notion database and internet this can all be customised.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s easy to get lost with too many layers and pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling, tasks, managing client base, keeping a history and time management.
The best tool for a university student
What do you like best about the product?
I take a lot of notes and notion is much easier to use as a note taking platform than any other software I’ve tried (one note, word). I love how you can copy and paste from articles into notion and notion already adds a font and font size to it so that you do not to edit the pasted content. I love how much easier it is to print out notes than one note (that has no borders). The forward hash button is amazing and makes creating tables, columns, doing any other fast action so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not sure if this is my computer or a new update to the app, but I am unable to highligt and select more than one image to add to my notion page at any one time. I have to add only one individual image each time which is more time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organise my notes in an efficient and structured way. AI is a great tool to give me direction in assignments and help fact check my learning.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how it's intuitive, feature rich, manageable and easy to use. I can access the stuff on any device which is really great and overall it's a brilliant tool in my honest opinion for being productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Offline mode not supported and on mobile and iOS app, the scroll level is not maintained when going through a large table, once I am done with reading the side peek tab, it just loses the scroll level and pushes me back to the top which is super annoying, not the case in web and desktop versions though.

I like how useful notion ai is, especially as it's able to search within all existing motion documents in the organization.

The ai sometimes doesn't produce results in a way that's expected.

Notion is helping me to create notes and documentation for product documents in a significantly more efficient manner. It takes into account all notes and artifacts from the past, to help create deliverables that consider all existing research and work, without me having to search for past documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I found that Notion quickly proved to be a much better tool compared to Evernote and OneNote thanks to its ease of setup and the ability to create tables, databases, and template views of notes. The AI capabilities of Notion are superior, making it fantastic at suggesting node structures and answering questions about online notes without the need for simple text searches. Getting started with Notion was easy and efficient due to helpful resources like YouTube videos and Notion guides. I particularly appreciate the simplicity of creating databases, tables, and notes, as well as linking them. This interconnected nature is further enhanced by Notion's AI-powered search functionality that allows for natural language queries, which is a game changer as I can store all my notes in one place and search them quickly and efficiently. The AI tools, such as creating a new database structure or notes, have significantly accelerated my efficiency. The ability to transcribe and summarize phone call notes is another huge advantage, simplifying how I manage interactions and brainstorming sessions. Overall, Notion's powerful AI features and its simple yet versatile database setup have been essential to my productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the pricing for the AI transcription to be a bit of a blocker. My company does not reimburse for it, which makes it challenging to justify the cost...especially when there are lots of other AI subscriptions I also pay for out of pocket.

I use Notion to centralize my notes and databases effortlessly, enhancing productivity. Its AI capabilities simplify note-taking and quickly create database structures, making information retrieval efficient and saving time.
Pretty good product - search could use improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of the tool -> it can be a plain text editor, a timeline / productivity tool, or polls/intake. I also really like the integrations and how easy it is to link to other documents within Notion. I also find Notion AI helpful when I'm trying to look up something specific to my company's architecture.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function is not super functional. I often find myself using Notion AI and consulting the references it brings up when I am not able to find something immediately. I also dislike the learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helpful in my day to day project management and is helpful as a repository for knowledge within my company. I also like the AI chat feature (IN SEARCH; I find it very unhelpful with product-specific questions).
Makes note taking easy
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using notion to organise my meetings, project notes, and ideas. The AI tools have made it even more efficient.

Sometimes it takes a few attempt to get Notion AI to give me the answer I’m looking for

It’s making it easier to do my job and more efficient. Using notion I’m able to organise things better and save time context switching.
