I Love how it is an information hub that keeps all your knowledge in one place instead of a billion different scattered files! Plus the templates really help get your mind going.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion creates an easy to use experience. Allowing to sort and organise the platform a number of ways allows us to be able to effectively use the system and train new staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still can get confusing for new users when setting up new pages and incorporating new information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assisting in organising our content to ensure we're up to speed on new information + train new staff on simple procedures and major notes to ensure when they talk to customers, they have the information they need
There's really no way to run a business without shared understanding
What do you like best about the product?
You need products like Notion to get it done. It's easy to use. Your coworkers can comment. Todo lists abound. It's awesome and flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search needs help. It's slow and clunky and I never seem to be able to easily find things via search so you have to have a good sense of organization as a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can't remember everything after a few good night's sleep. Also, who has time to meet and constantly retell everybody everything. Stuff's gotta be written down. Also the process of gathering information is best facillitated via a document that helps organize thoughts. Notion is great at this.

What do you like best about the product?
The Notion tool is excellent because its AI integration is very useful. My favorite use is the context menu, as it helps me a lot with messages and texts. I like its variety of customization and organization tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only experienced one technical issue where content was lost when I first started using the tool, but it was minimal and due to my lack of experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, Notion provides a versatile and highly customizable platform for organizing information and collaborating with others. Its ability to handle a wide range of content types and intuitive interface are major positives.

What do you like best about the product?
So I think the best thing about notion that I like is the fact that there are so many community templates for everything you could thing of, which makes organising my life a breeze.
I also like the fact you can create a wiki as a sort of knowledge base to ease learning and onboarding of new emploees

I think the performance of the desktop app on mac could be improved significantly

Notion allows us to centralize research knoweldge under one location, and with wiki mode templates it makes it super easy.
One of the best of the best productivity tools out there

I love how easy it is to store and retrieve information using Notion

The AI integration is overdone and unnecessary. Lack of controls for admins.
