Great tool for tracking and planning
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface, it's easy to use and logical
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything particular I dislike about Notion, other than tiny UX things like not being able to add multiple tags before the selector closes (one at a time)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A centralised place to plan and track against deadlines

It is very simple to keep all of your important notes and documents in one centralized place

There's nothing at this point that I've disliked about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have tons of different departments and supporting documentations that go into each department. Notion has made it simple for us to store all of that information in a simple to use platform to easily retrieve the info we need.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the newest feature that i liked is their "ai" i'll tell youuuu, my documenting has been a gamechanger, at first i was skeptictal about using it, and then i gave it a try and it's amazing how much it can change, highly recommend

i don't have any suggestion as of now, but will make sure to come back to it if any appears

keeping all the information in one place and for people who have never created a project before, this is a go to
Really great and very innovative feature, as well as new things keep being added every quarter

Databases, love the way the act with relations a roll up, is helpful in many ways within the company I work

Notion AI needs more improvement, specially looking into databases

We currently do tech specs for our projects and databases help keeping it organized and to know the status of it from the table
Easy collaboration on Projects
What do you like best about the product?
That I can have an entire team access all the project information and at the same time allowing to track the progress that has been achieved by the team as an indivial. It also is very easy to intergrate with other tool that are relevant to the projects for easy acces to the information vital to the projects
What do you dislike about the product?
The search bar has diffulty finding tabs and projects that are within major projects when they are not typed in full and this is a pain. The search tab needs to be extensive to allow all projects and docs that have similar words pop-up to allow a user easily find their project
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and it has really help to keep track of all projects that I have been part of, including projects we have failed to complete, we have had always an opportunity to come back and review what made the project fail and how to manage it better to ensure it is a success.
