What do you like best about the product?
Notion assists me in coordinating all of my company's events. It helps me stay organised with our tasks and even manage budgeting some. I appreciate being able to use a single platform to handle all of our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I can accomplish most tasks using Notion, I wish there were a more effective template available for managing budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Notion as our primary platform has made it easier for our team to stay updated on all tasks, keep track of specific responsibilities, and remain organized.

What do you like best about the product?
It centralizes knowledge beautifully. Everyone stays aligned because docs, tasks, and project plans live together instead of being scattered across tools. Ease of Implementation is also there.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion is powerful, complex databases and large workspaces can become slow, and certain advanced features (like permissions and automations) could be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered information by bringing documentation, project management, knowledge sharing, and tracking into a single workspace. It helps me maintain structure, reduce context switching, collaborate more effectively, and move faster with clearer visibility across projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion for its excellent user experience, which significantly enhances my workflow. The ability to switch seamlessly between workspaces is extremely beneficial, allowing me to keep my professional and personal spaces separate yet easily accessible. This feature ensures that I can maintain clarity and organization in both personal and professional matters. The shortcuts within the application are incredibly helpful as well. Although there was initially a learning curve, becoming familiar with commands, especially using the forward slash, makes it possible to execute various tasks effortlessly. These shortcuts have transformed my workflow, making it seamless and efficient. Additionally, setting up Notion was super easy, which was a great first impression. Overall, these aspects contribute to a well-rounded and satisfying experience, prompting me to highly recommend Notion with a perfect score of 10 out of 10 to friends and colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes struggle with the control over image and text import in Notion. I wish there was a drag-and-drop feature for importing images instead of relying solely on auto layout formatting. This additional control would help me better organize my thoughts. Also, being able to drag and drop text would be particularly helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize my tasks, to-do lists, and project planning, solving organization problems and keeping track of deadlines effectively.

I like that I am able to search up anything and get the answer as well as resources to obtain more information

I don't dislike anything about notion I am still learning the different activities it has

What do you like best about the product?
The wide range of use case that is available within the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a few customization limitations, but they are constantly improving things so I expect that new capabilities will be ongoing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping us quickly and easily put SOPs in place by feeding in basic steps that we use and Notion AI created pages that can then be used on our Company Wiki.
An Incredibly Helpful Tool for Everyday Tasks

This tool has been extremely helpful for me. I am able to find everything I need on it with ease.

I absolutely love everything about this tool. There’s nothing negative I can say about it.

It has helped me resolve some questions I had about the system I use at work. Additionally, it has assisted me in improving the spelling and wording of my emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to house meeting notes, do sprint planning, and see company-wide documentation. I like having one place to go see all the information I need. I really appreciate being able to nest folders/documentation, making it easier to organize and find things. Additionally, I find the list views simple enough to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more customization on the list view and that it's easier to drag tickets between different sections.

I use Notion for meeting notes, sprint planning, and company-wide documentation, having one place to see all the information I need.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having all the information in one easy site. Notion's ability to consolidate information into a single platform is incredibly valuable for managing work S.O.Ps and general how-to guides. This ease of access and organization streamlines my workflow by housing everything I need in one place, thereby enhancing my efficiency and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the search feature in Notion to be very specific. It doesn't bring up the results I'm looking for unless I know the exact title. This limitation can be frustrating because it requires precise recall of titles, which is not always feasible and can slow down my workflow, especially when dealing with a large volume of information. It also doesnt seem straight forward when you need to click on certain headers to pull more information from the tab.

I use Notion to consolidate general how-to guides and step-by-step protocols, keeping all information centralized in one easy site for streamlined access.

What do you like best about the product?
In my project management role, I rely on Notion to transcribe meetings and create meeting notes. It has become an indispensable tool that enables me to keep track of all the feedback and action items I need to handle. Setting it up and integrating it into my workflow was straightforward, and I now use it almost every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like to be able to transcribe meetings directly from my browser, without needing to launch the desktop app.
