Ótimo aplicativo para anotações, organização e gestão de projetos

What do you like best about the product?
O Notion é um ótimo aplicativo para organização. Comecei a utilizar o app em com um amigo, durante a realização do trabalho de conclusão de curso na faculdade, para gestão do projeto. A implementação entre a dupla foi simples e com ele pudemos separar e distribuir as tarefas, acompanhar o desenvolvimento um do outro e atribuir prazo para cada uma das etapas e, assim, finalizar tudo de um jeito muito organizado e objetivo.

Além disso, também encontrei no software uma boa opção para realizar minhas anotações. Seja no trabalho ou nos estudos, a capacidade de segmentação em pastas, páginas e mais, me dá liberdade para montar meus mapas mentais e textos da maneira como acho mais conveniente. Durante muito tempo, usei o Notion diariamente para os estudos de novos cursos. O app também tem boa integração com o Google e é fácil de ser acessado de qualquer lugar, tanto no aplicativo dedicado no PC e smartphone quanto no navegador.
What do you dislike about the product?
Todas as funções e opções do Notion, no entanto, podem causar algumas dificuldades para os usuários de primeira viagem. Imagino que esse seja um dos grandes motivos que levam as pessoas à desistirem da plataforma. Além disso, não há um conteúdo oficial em vídeo de tutoriais mostrando e ensinando a utilizar os caminhos do app. Até encontrei um canal no YouTube, mas que não está ativo há quatro anos e também não sei se é oficial. Acho que pode ser uma boa forma de dar suporte aos cliente, mesmo que de maneira indireta. O ponto positivo é que existem outros vários criadores de conteúdo que podem ajudar nisso. Fora isso, da minha experiência, não tenho do que reclamar.

O Notion me ajuda a gerir e organizar meus projetos, além de ser um ótimo app para realizar as anotações de estudos que faço.

Theres a pretty steep learning curve takes i while to fully grasp, and then even longer to figure out to use to the fullest ability.

What do you like best about the product?
It seems that with Notion I can do many things: from websites to schedules, plans and note-taking
What do you dislike about the product?
I realize that you can do a lot by using the inbuilt guides and templates, but once you need to customize something there is a steep learning curve. As I orient myself visually in a structute, I feel to get lost inside the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolves making custom-made plans; it can make landing pages and websites quite easily - and for free.

I like being able to easy document and to make it easy on the eye. It makes being organised something to enjoy.

The search function isn't the best. Sometimes I spend much longer looking for pages than I'd expect.

Notion with Notion AI makes collecting and collaborating on anything a breeze. Foundational having a platform to develop data in all the ways it comes is meaningful, especially when the ai can leverage the data to sort it into tables and enrich.

Being tied into the Notion platform with little alternatives.

I love how easy the platform is to use. From the same page, you can start writing and then continue to build a more holistic hub for that project.
What do you dislike about the product?
With how much I work in Notion, it can take some time to load and tends to not save certain things I've written if I haven't cleared cookies recently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly create documents and resource hubs to take notes and map timelines, which helps me and my team stay on top of campaigns and launches.

I like how database note in Notion works. It helps to manage all projects at once, both of personal things and work things. When comparing to its competitors, Notion is suitable for advanced users.

The integration with external apps is pretty limited, you need to use third party platform to connect with other apps.

What do you like best about the product?
No-code customization. APIs and web hosting. Thoughtfully designed templates streamlined my organizational system, satisfied my workflow passion, and sparked an interest in coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
No offline functionality. I would also like to be able to disable automation notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In December, I downloaded Thomas Frank’s Ultimate Brain. I first tried Notion in 2022 but found it overwhelming, opting for Things as my task manager instead. I got hooked when I revisited Notion in late 2023 and discovered its no-code customization capabilities. Since then I connected it to my Readwise highlights. I built custom databases. I used it for web hosting. I tried, unsuccessfully, to convert my family. This thoughtfully designed template streamlined my organizational system, satisfied my workflow passion, and sparked an interest in coding.
