Centralized Data with Room for UI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to make a weekly progress report. It keeps my data centralized, and the links I copy in the draft are easier and manageable with good font structures. I appreciate the multi-file structure, and what's important to me is team management, transparency, and looking at my teammates' notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the font selection and formatting style still has a lot of problems and it's a hassle selecting one format over another, probably a more good user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize my data, making links easier to manage with good font structures. It's important for team management and transparency, allowing me to view my teammates' notes.

I dislike that it can feel overwhelming at first and sometimes becomes cluttered or slow when pages grow large with many embedded elements.

Notion solves the problem of having information scattered across multiple tools. Instead of using separate apps for notes, task management, project tracking, and documentation, I can manage everything in one place. It also reduces miscommunication by centralizing information and making it easy to share pages with others.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's capability in tagging, reminding, and custom building the site, allowing me to tailor it to my needs. I appreciate its ability to customize as it lets me create solutions specific to my problems. I find the AI agents valuable, as I have created one to be my coach for mindset and problem-solving. It was easy to set up, so much so that I found myself completely immersing and expanding my setup to cover many aspects of my business and life.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's slow sometimes and crashes, especially when I'm on my CRM page. It's also slow for my VA in the Philippines.

I’m able to track better with Notion. Its tagging, reminding, and custom-building features allow me to tailor it to my needs. I use AI agents for coaching on mindset and resolving problems.

I like that Notion now has AI integration, especially the Meetings AI tool that takes notes and organizes them for me. The setup was very easy, anyone can do it. It's great for putting everything in one place, like keeping track of my business sales and expenses.

Adding images to my dashboard is harder than it should be.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized Notion is. The favorites tab is a feature I really appreciate. Also, the initial setup was very easy, even though it was almost a year ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like when you go into a page you're unable to go back, it creates a new tab and there's no back option.

I use Notion to review all updates and documents, and I love how organized it is.

I don’t like how easy it is to overcomplicate pages, and how it can start to feel slow and overwhelming when the database gets big.

Notion solves the problem of scattered tool and helps individuals and team stay aligned, efficient and focused.
Highly Customizable for Many Use Cases, but an inital Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of customizability to it, my company is using it for quite a lot of use-cases. It is functioning as a project tracker, a knowledge repository, and somewhat of a CRM as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is confusing to use at first - especially coming from a MS Suite background. Sometimes that app tends to crash or go slow as well, but that is more rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows context sharing across multiple teams - we work crossfunctionally and our clients move across a value chain of sales to implementations to client experience. We need a place to see the information on each step of the process so each team is in the loop, notion does a good job at this

Sometimes hard to create new databases that work best for me. Overly complicated at times.

What do you like best about the product?
AI transcript. I use this every day, even for non-work-related tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI hallucinates if you haven’t set up the integrations correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing I like about Notion is its meeting transcripts. I just press record and have my meeting and seconds after it finishes I have a summary.
