Being able to collate and organize ideas/content/thoughts.

Some pages/subcontents aren't easily accessible and a little hard to navigate

I love how intuitive and easy to use it is, the most useful is that it’s AI has all the context form different pages from all the teams

Notion stands out due to it flexiblity and clean design,which allows you to structure your instance around how you want to work, not the other way around.
The merger of flexible pages with powerful user designed databases, gives is a level of functionality that other solutions promise but struggle to deliver in market.
Their new integration of both Row level permissions on databases, make sharing with external parties really easy.
Notion AI is a game changer, with both ChatGPT5 and Clause 4.5 built in. This just takes the whole solution to a new level.

What do you dislike about the product?
Integration of external data sets is not as straightforward as other solutions. Notion still struggles to really extend into your other datasets/app experiences.
Embeded views and not very powerful and 2way sync into tools like Salesforce,Hubspot etc are non-existent without using middleware.
I would expect to see Notion addressing these areas soon.
Like many extremely flexible platforms, the "blank page" experience when you first login can leave some users confused and not understanding the power of Notion. But the newer Build with Notion AI functionality goes a long way to closing that gap.

Notion is our internal Knowledge base, project management platform and core AI access point for our team.
Organises my prompts perfectly
What do you like best about the product?
The database format in Notion makes it easier to organise my Al prompts. I like being able to break each prompt into clear parts such as role, tone and context. It keeps everything tidy and allows me to update or compare prompts without losing track of changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use a few different workspaces and navigating between them isn't the simplest, but it's really not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing and retrieving data is exceptional in Notion. There's a learning curve but worth pushing through. It helps me keep organised.

I think this is a fantasic utility for some.

Its soooo configurable and i really do love this idea.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its very difficult to design and it is a learning curve, so i do understand it gets easier the more you use it but i literally spent a few days trying to do something and still got nowhere really but thats party on me, i'm not creative and lean on AI heavily for creation ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion was helping me centralize chaos. I juggle installs, team tracking, and tons of randon info, notion does give me one place to organize it all. The flexibility is unmatched, even if it comes with a learning curve for the less creative folks like myself.

What do you like best about the product?
AI writing assistant makes formatting easy because I use the AI to edit the notes to fit the formatting i want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to search. I love using the toggles but when I search it doesnt find stuff in the toggles unless all the toggles are open which isn't very helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me study and keep my notes organzied. Also use it as a planner. I need notion calendar to get a lot better. I want Notion Calendar to have the same tags/categories I have in my database for my to do list items.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility, the collaboration, and the UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as flexible as I would like - Adjusting templates is pretty hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking up competitive intel is awesome and having a place where my team and third party members can all leverage together to keep organized is super helpful.
