Autonomy and simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
In a single tool, you have the functionalities you value from several tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Starting is not so simple, and downloading the database might not be the most user-friendly. Or at least it wasn't the last time I did it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of sharing information and collaborating among teams that need to see different things (different focuses) from the same information.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion's ease of use & user interface is pleasing and efficient. I love using the database tables!

I cannot think of any right now. Notion is great

Notion helps me get my stuff together. From organizing repositories and knowledge base to project planning and execution. My productivity in and outside of my job is heavily reliant on Notion.

The possibility to customise in any which way I want

Mobile app.. need better UI in mobile app. Current is bit cumbersome

I like how Notion handles variety of documents such as planning, resourcing, Performance improvement plan, Daily meetings notes, 1:1s etc with well thought out templates

When you are using it, initial learning curve is a little bit steep

Collaboration across teams and team members

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion mostly for my to-do lists, organizing databases and documentation. Its collaboration features make teamwork a breeze and integration with other tools help keep everything in sync. The mobile app and offline mode is great, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a lot of shortcuts and a wide range of features which (at first) makes it hard to adjust to, there is definitely a learning curve. Also, exporting data from Notion isn’t always straightforward.

Centralizing different documentation/organization/collaboration needs in a single tool
Notion is quite amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
I feel that Notion's easy-to-use interface and clean UI makes it stand out, as compared to other tools in the same category. I use it on a daily basis and always find new feature drops quite helpful (eg. Notion AI). Good number of integrations with other tools also helps.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides as such. I don't understand how tabs work inside of pages. The relationship between pages and tabs is not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me create a repository of all my interactions with my coworkers - from 1:1s with team members to taking notes/MoM during customer interactions. It helps me stay organized and refer these notes as and when needed.
Great tool to centralise company information
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an intuitive tool that provides a centralised repository for key company information to provide clarity for existing staff and new joiners on company processes and procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process for linking to databases could be clearer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me to create clarity within my team on processes for each department as well as wikis for company policies.

The search feature is really hard to use and doesn't really return the results I need.

Pretty easy to update pages for team use, but sometimes the editing UI is a little clunky

easy to publish pages to share with my team!
What do you dislike about the product?
wish editing was more like editing a document sometimes. choosing font sizing/headers, making bullets etc etc feel like it takes too many clicks

gives our team a one stop source of truth to access resource - great to include as a knowledge base for new hires
