Notion experience for my work
What do you like best about the product?
Orginisation, easy to take meeting notes, jot some thoughts as well as oganize my day to day activities
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was recommendations for templates that are more tailored for day to day engineer use cases, home tasks etc

Searching option is not great. AI should allow connection to other data streams

What do you like best about the product?
I think Notion is a great tool to act as an intranet and collaborative function in an organization. As long as the org commits to it and all folks use it.

It is mostly used as an information hub and a means to write my thoughts down.

Databases. Collaboration. Incredible and unique experience that i would recommend to everyone

The fact that the interface pushes you to add members without telling you directly how much it's gonna cost you more. The fact that there are no emails to remind for billing

Can create an organization system very flexible in very little time. Create a knowledge base as well as a project management tool

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create a personal dashboard of tasks and their corresponding projects. Easy to use, and I use Notionoften.

Slight learning curve at first, but lots of resources and support available.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion's flexibility and customization options are fantastic. I love how it allows me to organize projects, tasks, and notes all in one place with its intuitive drag-and-drop interface. The ability to create templates and databases has streamlined my workflow and increased productivity. Collaboration features are also a big plus, making it easy to work with team members in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion is powerful, it can be overwhelming for new users due to its steep learning curve. Sometimes, it feels a bit slow, especially with larger databases, which can hinder productivity. Additionally, the mobile app, although improving, still lacks some functionality compared to the desktop version, which can be frustrating when on the go.

Notion has significantly improved our department's efficiency by allowing us to create a comprehensive knowledge database. This central repository of information ensures that everyone has access to up-to-date resources, guidelines, and project details. It has streamlined communication, reduced redundancy, and made it easier for team members to collaborate and find necessary information quickly. This has led to better organization, clearer workflows, and increased productivity across the department.
Great tool for merging and organizing and automating many tools at the same time

From the side of having many tools at the same time I've found very useful the tools for organizing and scheduling task for me and my peers and the addition of AI

The learning curve for many of those tools is wide

Decent and clean features that help me get things done.

A lot of the features are modularized, so the flexibility Notion offers could be better. Performance could also be much better, as I often find myself waiting for stuff to load.

Keeping track of my progress and knowledge in an overwhelming world of data and information.
The most easiest but powerfull knowledge management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a user-friendly and intuitive tool. Its clean interface makes it easy to organize and manage tasks, put down notes or todos, and collaborate easily. It boosts my productivity and helps my whole team collaborating.
It is also constantly improving and expanding, constantly hearing from the community (I really needed the image crop feature and you did it!)
I hope you will also enlarge integrations with other softwares and improve the Tables feature, that has still lots of space to grow

What do you dislike about the product?
Improve offline access: I found myself working from the airplane and I could not access all of my pages but just cached ones.
Maybe implement the possibility to manually cache a set of pages for offline access (such as spotify does with offline playlists)

First of all, knowledge management. It is helping sharing knowledge or even just write down notes or simple todos.
We use it as a knowledge share platform to document all out stuff.
I write technical analyses to share with other stakeholders or teammates, directly receiving feedbacks by comments
