Notion AI is incredibly helpful. It assists with summarizing content, generating outlines, and brainstorming ideas. As someone who manages many projects, this feature helps me move faster and think more clearly. It's one of the best parts of the Notion experience, and I use it often.

This is where Notion falls short. As a blind user who relies on screen readers, I find the interface challenging to navigate. The block-based structure, while powerful visually, doesn't always translate well into screen reader-friendly interactions. Key problems include:

Inconsistent focus and reading order
Accessibility improvements would not only make Notion more inclusive but also empower more blind professionals to adopt it into their workflows.

Notion gives me one place to draft, update, and organize specifications for the tools and products I work on. I can create structured documents with headings, tables, and toggles, making it easier to break down technical ideas or feature requirements. Its flexibility helps me keep everything connected—linking specs to tasks, timelines, or databases without juggling separate apps.

I really like the sleek interface! Notion is an easy place to collaborate and search.

I'm still getting the hand around some of the automation functionality.

How easy it is to use. I was using Confluence at my last job, which is powerful but not simple. The best part about Notion is how easy it is to use. It just works the way you think it should. Super easy to rollout to a company if you're looking for a solution that is easy lift.
That said... it's powerful too. Especially with the AI. I've just recently discovered this and it has honestly blown me away. Compiling information for our leadership is so much easier now that I have discovered this. It's the kind of search you have always wanted (also can connect to slack to scrape info there).

What do you dislike about the product?
Like all software like this, it's tough to keep it cleaned up when things get outdated. Any sort of functionality to help there..or maybe a tagging system that is clear and simple to keep track of things that need updated as things change could be great.

Allows for one simple place to document and share work.
Notion is a useful notetaking app, and its AI features are very helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
I actually have been using the AI feature a lot. It helps me find documents I need just based on keywords, and it helps summarize really long documents too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the Notion desktop app. I find it very hard to navigate and find the pages I want, and the bar on the left is finicky. The browser experience is much better in my opinion.

Notion helps with note taking, and the AI chat bot feature is really useful for helping summarize long note docs and answer questions about specific things that might be really hard to find just by skimming through a really long note file.

The AI search functionality. The fact it will summarize search results and form an answer for you is amazing. It makes pulling info from company resources a breeze.

It's not always the easiest to build pages. The UX is a bit challenging to pick up, but overall easy to master

Allows our team to quickly search for resources rather than having to identify a point of contact to ask a question that is probably within the company materials

Notion keeps all of our pertinent information really handy and feels easy to use

Sometimes it can feel a little overwhelming with the small tabs to click to go to a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me understand so many questions about my business so quick without having to ask folks. I essentially became trained from our Notion isntance.
