Versatile Project Management and Customization Tool, Needs Better Spell Check and Formatting Functionalities
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion primarily for project management, where it plays a vital role in tracking all of my projects and the programs I have ownership over. It’s incredibly beneficial for monitoring the progress of each task within these projects. Additionally, I find it invaluable as a knowledge database for my team, which enhances our cross-functional work capabilities. What I particularly like about Notion is its ability to allow full customization of a page. This feature lets me tailor a page exactly to my needs, enabling me to create a brain dump for any project and then organize that information in a streamlined manner. This capability to personalize the work environment significantly streamlines my workflow and helps label priorities more efficiently. I also appreciate the extensive support available through tutorials and videos, which, while initially overwhelming during setup, provide significant assistance with understanding and optimizing the platform. Moreover, the availability of additional templates adds tremendous value, contributing to a tailored and effective project management and knowledge-sharing system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better spell check in Notion. Sometimes when I use the spell check and select the correction, I'm brought to the top of the page, and the correction doesn't stay implemented. Additionally, I feel like there could be more options for formatting, fonts, colors, and overall aesthetics, which could be improved. The initial setup was also pretty overwhelming for me, even though there are many tutorials and videos available. Finding the right help requires effort since all the guidance exists out there, but you have to seek it out.

I use Notion for project management, tracking task progress, and as a team knowledge database. It helps me stay organized, prioritize tasks, and work cross-functionally. The customization allows for personalized information organization, streamlining my workflow.
Overcomes Initial Learning Curve to Become Indispensable
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion for its huge compatibility and ability to adapt to various tasks, which makes it a valuable tool for project management, knowledge management, and team management. Once I overcame the initial learning curve, I found Notion to be an amazing tool, offering seamless adaptation to my work needs. One of the standout features of Notion for me is its capability to organize and manage databases effectively, which I prioritize the most along with the AI features. The AI notetaker, in particular, enhances my productivity by efficiently consolidating necessary information across teams. Additionally, I appreciate Notion for its excellent formatting options. I enjoy using multiple styles, lists, and other features that help structure my information depending on the tasks at hand. These functionalities make complex tasks manageable and the overall user experience delightful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Notion mobile app hard to use for certain features. It's not the app itself, but some features are much easier to use on a computer. Trying to do the same tasks on the phone is more difficult.

Empowers Creativity with Notion's Game-Changing AI
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion allows me to use my creativity to build almost anything I want within the productivity suite context. The Notion AI features are a standout, as they significantly enhance my efficiency by handling various tasks such as creating new databases, changing attributes, and making revisions. For managing large tasks, these AI capabilities have proven to be a game changer, streamlining my workflow and reducing the time needed for project management. Additionally, I appreciate the intuitive setup process, which was very easy, making the transition to using Notion seamless for me. Notion's ability to provide a comprehensive overview of design projects, along with offering context and education through effective documentation, adds immense value to my daily work routine. The application allows me to understand the whole landscape of my design tasks effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion could connect with Figma and understand statuses and context directly from there. The current lack of integration means I cannot seamlessly pass statuses or embed projects and prototypes from Figma into Notion's documentation. This creates extra steps and manual work to keep both platforms in sync, which can be quite cumbersome.

Easy Organization but Lacks in Fluidity
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion incredibly easy to use, which makes organizing information very fast with its plug-and-play capabilities. The setup was straightforward, eliminating any initial hassle. I also appreciate the AI feature that takes notes as I talk during meetings, enhancing my note-taking experience by accurately capturing and organizing information. These features collectively make Notion a valuable tool for my work-related note-taking tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Notion somewhat clunky at times, which can disrupt the fluidity I expect in my workflow. Additionally, while the AI feature is helpful for note-taking during meetings, I wish it could differentiate between the voices of different speakers for better accuracy and organization.

I use Notion primarily for note-taking and writing personal blogs. The setup of Notion is exceptionally useful, particularly for organizing my materials effectively. I find the handling of information like notes, databases, and Wikipedia-level content to be quite impressive and efficient. Notion's platform allows for adding documents with remarkable ease, simplifying my workflow substantially. In my opinion, Notion excels in offering a simple yet incredibly powerful platform not only for task management but also for enabling seamless collaboration within my team, enhancing productivity and coordination.

Effortless Information Management, Needs Faster AI
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate using Notion as a central repository for my team's weekly notes, guides, and other essential information, which is easily accessible across the team. I find it incredibly beneficial to save my Granola notes in Notion, utilizing its AI capabilities to search through them effectively when needed. The ability to keep track of comprehensive information in one place is invaluable, and Notion's AI tool enhances this by allowing me to scrape through my firm's documents effortlessly. Notion's AI tool, which summarizes data and searches through notes and company documents, significantly speeds up my workflow by providing precisely what I need without the hassle of manually sifting through documents. This efficiency is a massive time-saver. I also love the ease of initially setting up Notion, as our analyst ported everything over without any issues. Furthermore, I am so fond of Notion that I even created a personal account for managing my wedding planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Granola integration was instant. Notion's auto-record and AI features aren't as quick as Granola's, which is frustrating because I have to manually save Granola meetings into Notion, and I often forget to do it. Additionally, I feel that Notion's AI during meetings isn't as intuitive as Granola's, which can answer questions like 'what questions should I ask right now' or 'make me sound smart.' Notion lacks this level of insightful interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize team information, making it easy to track notes and access product data with AI, saving time by summarizing documents.
