A great tool that is worth getting used to
What do you like best about the product?
It’s way of helping to organise and flexibility.

It can be a bit overwhelming to start with and I can still get a little lost.

I love how it combines the capabilities of Google sheets and Google docs and makes it really easy to convey what you want, all on one page.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to find things, especially when people spin up new docs and they get lost in the sauce.

Love Notion as a note-taking/wiki solution! The AI writing assistant is powerful for summarizing notes from meetings or working sessions into a useful summary for our executive team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is very flexible, it would be nice if there were more flexibility around numbered lists specifically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its my ideal note taking software as it is a great place to dump bullet points, text blobs, or blocks of code. The AI writing assistant is great at summarizing notes for use by management. The searchability makes looking back at old notes a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Notion feels quite simple to use, making it approachable even though it has a lot of complex capabilities under the hood. I appreciate how it allows me to set up automations and formulas that link with every form, providing a malleable system that adapts to my needs. This functionality is particularly handy as it helps me manage and link different projects together efficiently, especially when dealing with time constraints. The ability to set urgencies between projects and have everything come to a main dashboard and database is really valuable. It helps me accumulate a structured task plan for the day and ensures that if I've missed something, it flags it for me. This blend of simplicity and powerful automation makes Notion an impressive tool for organizing my business projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there needs to be a simpler method into how one can set up these types of automations and formulas in Notion. While there is a lot of AI usage now, and I know there's a lot it can do, it would be much more helpful if there were templated examples of things it could do instead of having to let the user guess. Additionally, the initial setup was quite hard, as I didn't understand what I was doing or how to do it, so I had to use ChatGPT to guide me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to consolidate project schedules, distinguish between client projects while unifying them, and automate tasks to create a daily task plan, which aids in meeting time constraints and highlights missed items.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the option to type out what I need from Notion, and Notion provides the best information based on what's in the data base. It's very intuitive and easy to use and it allows for me to use the AI feature every time I use Notion.

Sometimes the content within the Notion data base is lacking.

Notion is solving the uncertainty of information and where I can find that information.
Amazing product for your "2nd brain"
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the structuring of the product, the new ai features and the ability to access across a wide range of platforms. It is an amazing knowledge management tool and has enterprise level search.

it takes a lot of time to really set things up properly so that you keep things organized

Wow I always knew Notion AI is amazing but now with the Google Drive integration it's a complete powerhouse!!
Checking in with Notion about the status of a project actually worked - Notion provided an accurate short summary and pulled all the relevant links from the Google documents, correctly analyzing their content.
Notion API + Zapier works amazingly, too.

What do you dislike about the product?
Embedding G Docs and files isn't ideal.
Automations are awesome but not consistently reliable – I had some mail automations not getting sent.

solves a knowledge gap from lectures to my understanding, quickly using AI to explain topics and incorporate them into my notes.
It's a great tool for any of your organizational needs, helps you keep track of things very easily.

I like how easy to use and familiar the UI is. I also like how easy it is to integrate tools needed for coding/ software environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to find the pages you need, especially when you're using a Notion for an organization. I find that sometimes I lose track of the page I was working on and have to search for it again.

Helps me take notes and organize my thoughts daily.
