Notion in a nutshell
What do you like best about the product?
I do all my process documentation and project planning with Notion - it's highly customizable with a clean UI and includes a wide array of templates to choose from
What do you dislike about the product?
With the many features some may find it overwhelming at first
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's more than docs - It's a presentable documentation with many customizable features like pages/PM boards/flows etc. It's an all in one workspace

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Notion is to use and how much autonomy it gives to people to make convenient and repeatable workflows. The effort put into integrations is also very much appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how much Notion documents are clearly very different than any other type of document. It makes copying and pasting into notion from something like, say, a Google Doc, fairly difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion mostly solves the issue of building an team KB for me. That use encompasses AI meeting notes, enterprise search, and the writing assistant to get documentation jump-started.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is fairly customizable and there are a TON of custom templates out there to help as either copy/paste or inspirational jumping off points. We use this everyday with multiple teams and committees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could "edit" the responses that the AI search does. It's super helpful with calling out discrepancies in what needs to be updated, but sometimes there are multiple sources and it would be helpful to be able to further teach the AI so the responses were more reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
giving us a centralized virtual space to house a lot of the information we share with eachother.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility in setup of docs, databases and specifically the integrations and extensibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like it to connect to the other Notion products like Mail and Calendar in a more native way.

There are so many different ways to capture and store information all within the same tool

What do you like best about the product?
The AI block that is on the homepage for the notion account. You should be able to place that block on any page so that you can ask research or build from AI basically anywhere in your workspace on any page because I’ve already created basically a homepage for myself that has my clients and the main databases that I wanna see. it would be nice to kinda add that block where I can do my research and also I could ask AI to gather information outside of my workspace. I think that the product is very good. I use it every day I love that it’s in my workspace.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the foundation of my business. I’ve built my project management, client management, content tracking, and lead tracking systems all in one place. I’ve also created client portals, so my clients can work directly within the platform. It’s where all client communication happens as well.
Basically, this is my central hub for everything—both personal and business. The biggest benefit is that everything is connected and communicates seamlessly with each other.

I haven't found anything so far to describe as a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
how to advertise more efficiently on Facebook, YouTube, Amazon and other social networks. After just 3 weeks, I'm already getting more phone calls and ranking higher.
Great Tool but Could Be more Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It is visually appealing and the end product looks nice. It's easy to make a link for external people to see information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating creating things in Notion is not intuitive. Just one example is when you open a page and it opens on the side, clicking out of it doesn't just make the new page disappear. Automations could use an upgrade as well, there aren't as many options as their could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to write manuals where people can search for information on how to do different procedures in our department.

I love how customizable Notion is. I can tailor it to meet my work and home life.

Sometimes, certain workflows can be time-consuming to set up or can be difficult to change.

I use Notion to manage my work and personal goals. I also use it as a knowledge base for work projects as well as personal notes.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility allowed by the flexible user interface, the robust template s and very active and enthusiastic community, and the constant addition of new features - all of these things make me excited and make notion my Swiss army knife for general tools and collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is not intuitive or easy to solve for certain use cases (like how to use sub page titles of a certain page as values in a multi select)

To be able to organize and collaborate with my product team and other companies stakeholders on a variety of tasks and activities. To be able to rapidly configure "tools" either from scratch or from a template So we don't waste cycles looking for a solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Definitely the customization functionality. With most knowledge management software, you are locked into how THEY set it up.
With Notion, you can make it exactly how YOU want it...as a creative person, I love this.
I also love how they are always reinvesting in their product...it is always getting better.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a great use case for the AI yet outside of the database builder.
Trying to use it in workflows and databases is confusing and clunky.
