Notion AI is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI makes it seamless to access information across various data sources through rich integrations.
My company has gone through hyper-growth and we were previously lacking an easy way to have access to pertinent data.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Notion Mail is a good concept but it's still an early product and has room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our company continues to scale rapidly, staying aligned and informed across teams has become more challenging. Notion is solving this by acting as a centralized hub for our documentation, processes, and knowledge sharing. The ability to organize and easily navigate constantly evolving information is critical, and Notion makes that seamless.
One of the most impactful features has been Notion AI, which helps surface crucial information quickly through natural language queries. Instead of digging through documents, I can simply ask a question and get the context I need in seconds. This has significantly improved my productivity and helped me keep pace with changes across departments.
Overall, Notion is enabling better collaboration, faster onboarding, and more efficient decision-making by keeping everything accessible and up-to-date in one place.

Enterprise Search
What do you like best about the product?
I like the enterprise search functionality. I love the databases but it took me a second to figure it out. We use it daily. I like all of the different integrations it has and how it can hook up with Zapier easily to do other workflows with tools we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be so general purpose sometimes it can be hard to know exactly what to use it for. We also use it for our ticketing system, and for that use case I wish it was more structured like a Linear tool and easy to have different ticket types and group tickets more easily under 1 parent. This can be done, it just doesn't feel purpose built for this

Ticketing system with our dev teams. Knowledge management. Docs. We basically use it for anything and everything.
Very Useful AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Notion's AI Writing Assistant has left a very good impression on me. I love it. It really has made things easier and more seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as modifiable as I would like, though modifiable enough.

It has really made note taking a breeze. I love its flexibility.

Can be slow when WiFi is slowish which impact task completion. Overall fairly user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is my go-to knowledge management tool—it’s the best way for me to track projects and manage my research database. The new enterprise search feature powered by AI is a major upgrade, making it much easier and more efficient to find what I need, right when I need it.

Organizing, sharing, and finding research insights is a constant challenge in my day-to-day work. Notion helps simplify this process by allowing us to structure our own database, collaborate seamlessly, and quickly search for what we need.

Ease of use, the different variability of using the software for one task, the way it is broken down into categories, Easy to navigate, and the amount of features. Super customizable!

Lots to learn. It takes some time to understand. Need to set time aside to truly learn everything

Highly Customizable, Solid Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its ability to customize page formatting, like changing font size and type, and for the shortcuts that make navigating faster. The way it allows linking databases across multiple pages is really helpful, especially for my company as it helps us see how our customers are doing at a glance. This linking also allows for easier updates across linked pages to each customer. The overall flexibility of the platform is a big plus for me as well. I also like Notion's enterprise search capabilities, which makes it a solid project management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could filter out notifications a little bit easier outside of just seeing a number with a lot of notifications. It'd be nice to have prompts on how to better leverage Notion AI.

Notion acts as my team's database for meetings and customer information, and as a project management tool. I like customizing page formatting and using shortcuts to access needed items faster. We use linked databases a lot, making customer views and updates efficient.

Hard to get to know all the capabilities. Hard to use code for some rules and page creation.
