What do you like best about the product?
Notion has transformed the way we manage knowledge, and its simple to use nature ensures that our staff actually document everything - people enjoy using it. It has the first useful AI we’ve seen and that’s a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs in the app, and features are being made premium that weren’t before. Offline mode needs to come soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion ensures that we don’t lose key knowledge and it’s easily attainable, even outside of Notion, through the searching tools.

The tool has made my life easier when creating easy to read pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for it to identify all pages the are about the same subject and provide me with the latest only.

Find data for my day to day activities. Connecting with peers are direct reports. It works as a SSOT

I like notion as it is very simple to use. As a power confluence user, moving to notion was easy because i used it a lot for personal user prior to moving to use at work.

There was be sometimes inconsistencies between the desktop and the web app.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and functionality; the UX and UI are super easy to use in an everyday setting

Perhaps greater data visualisation modes (charts, graphs)

Intuitive AI use to support tracking and consolidation of all info and data across my pages

Notion AI is like having a super-organized teammate who helps you work faster, think clearer, and never start from a blank page. Whether you're drafting meeting notes, summarizing a long doc, or brainstorming ideas, it quietly does the heavy lifting in the background—so you can focus on what matters, not formatting or catching up. Rebuy uses it mostly for project management.

Sometimes the search quality is not the greatest, Il search a key word and it won't render.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several projects and several arms of our business that mean we need to keep track of several things. Notion allows us to do this at scale and easily.
Easy and Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to understand and all the features that my business uses it for-- like staff directory, seating charts, floor plans, etc. My favorite feature is the Ai resource. It helps me directly search for what I am looking for without having to navigate around all of our pages and hubs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are too many pages and links to pages that it can be overwhelming to find a resource that I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding information about what other colleagues do and who to reach out to. The staff directory that we have built out gives me all the information I could need about someone-- including title, mangers or assistants, contact info, working location, and image. I am often searching for email addresses, headshot, or simply who is on what team, so this feature is extremely helpful and makes the process very quick.

What we like best about Notion is its flexibility—it adapts to the way we work, not the other way around. It's intuitive, collaborative, and makes staying on top of tasks and processes a lot more efficient.

We don’t have many dislikes when it comes to Notion—it’s been a solid tool for our needs. If anything, the cost can add up as your team grows, especially when scaling across multiple users. But overall, the value it provides has made it worth it for us.

Notion is solving the problem of scattered information and disconnected processes. It’s given us one central place to document workflows, track tasks, and share knowledge across teams. This has improved communication, reduced repetitive questions, and helped us stay consistent and organized, especially as we scale.
