Great collaboration tool!
What do you like best about the product?
You can collaborate with different people and integrate other apps which is really helpful!

Managing product documentation and taking notes are a few clumsy things. Notion not only makes it easy but makes it very user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of great things to talk about notion. Its basically a knowledge management platform for your entire company and I love the fact that it is so easy to get started. So many new features that they push constantly, like the new calendar feature which is just amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI features although neat and not really worth it IMO. Also I do not like the pushy notion notifications that pop-up to basically enable them organization wide and increase billing.

It functions as our knowledge management platform

I found just one problema: their table tool doesn't have excel formulas

I can organize everything that my company have to. With notion my team look for the knowledge base and have everything organizes. It's a brilliant tool
Notion best for taking notes
What do you like best about the product?
Taking notes in meetings, you can easily organize ideas in tables, charts, etc..
What do you dislike about the product?
Font can't be changed and there are some restrictions according to the format.

I can easily create a document that has a perfect format that word does not provide.

Ease of use and implementation. And the Kanban view!!

Once viewing a page, there does not seem to be a way to easily backtrack to a custom board. You need to go back to the root of the section to access the custom board again.

We use Notion mainly for project and bug management but also for documentation & knowledge base
Absolutely terrible sales experience - Don't buy
What do you like best about the product?
It has some decent collaboration features, it is good for things like handbook visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost everything. It is a worse option of pretty much every software it tries to recreate.
But worst of all is the sales experience.
1. They completely lack any flexibility on pricing. They have one tier of user and everyone with your domain is on the same tier. Eg. no read only users at a lower price for example. Only about 20% of our team uses it regularly but we have to pay for the whole team.
2. They didn't respond for weeks at a time and then act as if nothing happened.
3. They had no flexibility on payment terms - eg. no quarterly billing.
4. The pricing on G2 doesn't match the actual price you will pay.
10/10 - go a different route. There is no easy way to get off notion once you have an account unless you are willing to lose everything.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a decent place to store company knowledge vs. Google Drives. It is hard to use though.
It helps me stay organized and that’s very important as I am tackling several projects at once.
What do you like best about the product?
The ai assistance in each step. I can take notes and also research in the same window without opening up several other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to create folders. When I open up a new page I can label the page but not necessarily consolidate similar documents together (Same topic).

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the ability to create databases that can reference each other and can be viewed in different ways. I use this every day. It was so easy to learn how to use, and I was able to import all of my information from Google Sheets and other resources. I am able to keep all of the information for running my business in one very organized place, and I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything. It really works in line with my ADHD brain.

The information I need daily access to used to be scattered over several different platforms and very disorganized. Now it is all in one place and so organized, and it makes my brain happy.
