The Ultimate All-in-One Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's clean and intuitive interface. A friend shared her study notes and everything was structured- Tables, nested pages and the linked content made it super easy to navigate and understand. The flexibility and way it organizes content are truly impressive. I also love how easy it is to share notes with others, making collaboration effortless. Now, whenever i want to make notes, the first thing that comes in my mind is Notion and I'm really happy with it. I haven't contacted support much, but their help center and forums are great for troubleshooting. Getting started with Notion is straightforward, but fully utilizing its features may take some learning. Pre-made templates helps a lot in setting things up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing i dislike about Notion is its offline limitations. It doesn't work well without internet connection, which can be frustrating when i want to edit my notes on the go. I wish i had better offline mode for seamless usage anytime, anywhere. Notion integrates with slack, google drive but deeper integration like email could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion help me organise and manage information effectively. Whether its study notes, or shared content, everything stays well-structured in one place. Its flexibility and collaboration features make it easy to access and share information, improving productivity and workflow.
A must-recommend tool for knowledge workers
What do you like best about the product?
One of the features I particularly like about Notion is its remarkable flexibility and versatility. It serves as a unified workspace where you can combine various elements such as text, images, tables, databases, and multimedia content seamlessly. Whether you're planning a project, managing tasks, taking notes, or creating a personal wiki, Notion can be customized to fit your specific needs. You can structure your content in a way that makes sense for you, with the ability to create hierarchical pages, nested databases, and link different pieces of information together. This adaptability makes it a powerful tool that can evolve and grow with you, catering to both simple and complex workflows. Additionally, its collaborative capabilities are outstanding. Multiple users can work on the same document simultaneously, making it ideal for team projects, allowing for real-time communication and cooperation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The access speed of Notion in China is very slow. It should be related to the lack of network acceleration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unified management of information, establishment of an independent website, creation of an organizational knowledge base, and establishment of a personal data center.

Best in the market
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the robust commenting feature in Notion, which significantly enhances collaboration. It allows team members to discuss projects and ideas directly within the workspace, ensuring that all feedback and communication are centralized and easily accessible. This integration has streamlined our workflows and improved productivity across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI assistant within Notion can be more of a hindrance than a help at times. It occasionally disrupts workflows by suggesting irrelevant actions or information. While the idea of having an AI aid is innovative, its execution needs refinement to truly enhance user experience without adding unnecessary complexity.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is like a wiki for business. We use it for managing tasks, sharing notes, team HR databases,... I love it, it's so quick to get up and running, and much easier to link and find documents then google docs. I use it for OKRs, 1on1s, budget tracking, ...
What do you dislike about the product?
some things are quickly, like creating subpages via / vs @ command, and search is TERRIBLE (when pages are deeply buried or within a database/table.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our companies knowledge base, best place to share info/notes, etc. Slack and Google Drive just have too many drawbacks alone.
Great product with a lazy product development team
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion for its UI, data types, and user-determined hierarchy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, Notion has missed out on implementing many of the easy to integrate features that softwares like Coda and ClickUp have which make running a business directly from Notion difficult without investing in other applications like Miro or Google Workspace or HubSpot or FigJam. Notion needs a REAL calendar integration. Notion needs a whiteboard tool. Notion needs to be able to convert text to tasks. If Notion does not move ahead with these features, they will be left in the dust by companies that take invest in complementary tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion works like my brain, which is amazing. What Notion fails to do is work with any other tools that I use.
