What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and creativity of creating and structuring content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too easy to create pages leading to too many pages out there. It's quite easy to be lost in pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helped me organize my personal life and work. I built my 2nd brain on Notion.
All in one app - with AI
What do you like best about the product?
You can use for study, to work, to organize your life in one place and the ia can integrate my life and be my personal assistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is there any? you need to learn how to use it, like any other software you will spend some time in the app to learn the best way.

to not use several apps to several activities, i can use notion to do then

Notion is completely flexible. Anything that I want to create I can simply do it based on the database

I would say that there is some design limitations but I would blame myself for that more than because it takes time to design a given app -- if we can call it that -- properly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm an English language tutor so I can really streamline all of my sessions students starting from planning also tracking progress of students and also providing feedback. All of this is streamlined with Notion.
The "Lego" to rule them all!
What do you like best about the product?
It changes how you work, think, and the workflow best practices. The app offers multiple features, whether it's AI or traditional. Once you are over the learning curve, using it and implementing it in almost any workflow is a breeze. I find myself using it every day and integrating it in most of my workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve with notion, and pitching it to people for the first time could be difficult.

Organising student data, marks, session plans, and more teaching and research related tasks- personal and departmental

Simplicity and how easy it is to start, but at the same time a comprehensive set of features to go deeper. AI tools are particularly well-tuned

How to delete stuff - the most frustraiting thing for me. Every now and then I select a bunch of paragraphs and press Del only to see how an entirely different title was removed from the page

It's a great tool to build a knowldge base and share it with people easily accessing it and editing where required. AI Tools are extremly useful to prepare templates, summaries or simply clarifying the text written by people with different native tongues
Excellent for organization and note-taking, but can do better on AI
What do you like best about the product?
Notion's robust design and text organization features has made me substitute it for notes and databases that I would usually use Google Sheets or Google Docs for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to have the AI subscription but unsubscribed because it's not very good at parsing input and coming up with unique answers. Oftentimes it couldn't identify things inside specific notes and databases, or understand the context I provide in order to come up with better results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My work is in design and marketing. My team uses Notion to link tasks from our project management board to a corresponding knowledge page in order to give more context. While there are other project management apps that do that, we prefer Notion because of its clean interface and options for designing and customizing pages and databases.
We used to subscribe to the AI assistant to see if it can improve our content production workflow. However, it is not as good as more popular options when it comes to delivering copy. It often failed to incorporate the context provided into its outputs, and provided fairly generic content/responses even with detailed prompting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using relations between the database is very easy and preset templates are very useful to save time and repeatitive works.
Great app for notes, organization, and project management
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a great app for organization. I started using the app with a friend during the completion of our college thesis project for project management. The implementation between the two of us was simple, and with it, we were able to separate and distribute tasks, monitor each other's progress, and set deadlines for each stage, thus completing everything in a very organized and objective way.
Moreover, I also found the software to be a good option for taking notes. Whether at work or in studies, the ability to segment into folders, pages, and more gives me the freedom to create my mind maps and texts in the way I find most convenient. For a long time, I used Notion daily for studying new courses. The app also has good integration with Google and is easy to access from anywhere, both on the dedicated app on PC and smartphone and in the browser.

What do you dislike about the product?
All the functions and options of Notion, however, can cause some difficulties for first-time users. I imagine this is one of the main reasons people give up on the platform. Furthermore, there is no official video content with tutorials showing and teaching how to use the app's features. I even found a YouTube channel, but it hasn't been active for four years and I don't know if it's official. I think it could be a good way to support customers, even if indirectly. The positive point is that there are several other content creators who can help with this. Other than that, from my experience, I have nothing to complain about.

Notion helps me manage and organize my projects, as well as being a great app for taking notes on my studies.

Theres a pretty steep learning curve takes i while to fully grasp, and then even longer to figure out to use to the fullest ability.

What do you like best about the product?
It seems that with Notion I can do many things: from websites to schedules, plans and note-taking
What do you dislike about the product?
I realize that you can do a lot by using the inbuilt guides and templates, but once you need to customize something there is a steep learning curve. As I orient myself visually in a structute, I feel to get lost inside the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolves making custom-made plans; it can make landing pages and websites quite easily - and for free.
