Transform Notes into Fast and Professional Sites
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ease of use of Notion, which makes setup tasks as simple as starting to write. Even though there was an initial learning curve to adapt to its various features, the adaptation was quick, making the use natural and intuitive. I particularly like how Notion allows me to share information in real-time and in a synchronized manner with many people for free and effectively. Features like synchronized text blocks and attaching files in various formats, such as PDFs from Google Drive, are extremely useful for my needs. Additionally, the ability to quickly transform insights into free and highly functional websites was remarkable, giving a professional aspect to the content I create. The possibility of using Notion as a personal database or knowledge repository, acting almost like a 'second brain,' is extremely advantageous. The modern design and customization functionality, which allows the system to adjust to the professional needs I face daily, also impress me. The automatic synchronization and joint use with other tools, such as Google Drive and Evernote, stand out as strong points that significantly improve the organization and productivity of my professional work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the main point that can be improved in Notion is the ability to customize and choose which features and resources we want to appear according to our goals. This could include the ability to save groups of features for different purposes, such as work or personal life.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize work notes, create quick sites for real-time sharing, synchronize information with many people effectively and for free, and manage a personal database.
Intuitive and Efficient Organization with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion daily to organize my tasks, processes, and to facilitate the visualization of information and content management. I like the easy-to-use structure in daily life, allowing me to easily find files and reference other files. The platform is very intuitive, especially for those who are learning to use it, and it is user-friendly for those who do not have much knowledge of such programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality of Notion should have more free features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize my daily tasks and facilitate the visualization of information. It solves the organization of knowledge and processes.
Time-Saving, Intuitive, and Proactive—No Complaints So Far!
What do you like best about the product?
It has saved me so much time creating new pages and workspaces and I can ask it anything on how to update it and manage it and it gives me immediate easy answers. It also makes suggestions without me asking on how to optimize our efficiencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I honestly don't have one. It does the work for me and answers questions I didn't even have yet.

It eliminates a learning curve for me and saves me tons of hours.
Great Automation Potential, But Forms Need More Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibilities it can have to streamline and help automate our systems to customers for consultations, new events, and however else we can grow!

I find the forms to be very underwhelming. I wish we could format the layout and have more than one prompt or property under a question..
example: Under "Bridesmaid Bouquets" I'd love to be able to write in a # and then take notes about the bouquet styles, all in one block.

Notion is helping us with meetings and consultations have everything in one page.
Life-Changing for ADHD, Wish It Had Email Rewriting Feature
What do you like best about the product?
With my adhd, it's been very helpful reviewing and transcribing notes for me to understand. It's life changing and it has helped me tremendously with my disability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a feature where it can use AI and scan through emails, rewrite them professionally, similar to shortwave.

I find the sharing/editing/collaborating to be a bit more confusing than google docs

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion as it has significantly benefitted my work for over two years. Initially, setting it up was somewhat challenging, but now I really appreciate the platform. I find great value in its ability to connect various aspects of my work without needing to integrate other apps. I particularly rely on the CRM features of Notion; they are essential to me because they allow extensive utilization of my keyword for almost every function, making my workflow smoother. Notion’s comprehensive capabilities have streamlined my tasks, and its utility is something I appreciate so much that I would easily rate my likelihood to recommend it to others as a solid 10 out of 10. Overall, I really like Notion and find it immensely helpful for my needs.

I find Notion connects everything I need, particularly using the CRM feature, integrating various aspects of my work efficiently.
Great Automation and Easy Navigation, But Notion Has Its Downsides
What do you like best about the product?
Notion offers some cool automation and database functionality, as well as our knowledge hub that is easy for reps to navigate and find information in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can get a bit messy, which is more-so an internal management issue, so the collection of pages that everyone is creating can cause some issues the longer its used. Without any automated checks/balances, or fact-checking on new information put into it via AI, it becomes a large database of incorrect/old information unless somebody is constantly managing to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion exists as our internal database tool, housing everything from internal policies and office information, to deep database storage of account information that AEs use to manage their books. Having that internal database of a bunch of information is super helpful to call into when looking for certain things like a Rules of Engagement document.

I have been using Notion for five years, and it has consistently met my needs to the extent that I've never had any reason to consider other vendors. I appreciate that Notion continues to iterate and evolve, keeping my experience fresh and relevant. Notion has been instrumental in helping me manage my day-to-day tasks efficiently. The features I find particularly beneficial include the task manager, project management tools, AI writing assistant, and video recording and transcription capabilities. These functionalities significantly enhance my productivity and streamline various aspects of my workflow. Moreover, Notion AI stands out as a compelling reason for me to repurchase or continue using the platform.
