Everything - the versatility and the fact that I consider it my second brain.

Hmm, 🤔 I don't think I have anything to say on this matter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it to manage all my projects - the knowledge management is fantastic and easy to use & integrate, keeps me on task, assists when I get stuck *with the AI bot.
And mostly to handle my ADHD :) in my personal and business life.

Notion has been a pivotal tool for my organising information for both professionally and personally.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the number of features, the keyboard shortcuts, and the subscription price.

AI features. They are inadequate for some of workflows.

How to easily and quickly organise my notes in a way that helps me to be very productive.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion makes it easy to bridge the gap between departments, streamlining collaboration and keeping everything in one place. The ability to deploy new workflows quickly is a huge advantage, and the built-in charting provides instant insights without needing extra tools. Lately, I’ve been diving into the API and webhook functionality to maximize automation and integrations, which has opened up even more use cases. The wide range of available integrations also makes it easy to connect with other tools and keep everything running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the challenge of department collaboration by providing a centralized space where teams can easily share and access information. I’ve built an AI-powered knowledge base that the entire company can use to strengthen product knowledge, making onboarding and training more efficient. It also streamlines large-scale project management while passively collecting data to build department KPIs, helping us track performance and make data-driven decisions without extra manual effort.

The Ai feature got better in the last update and it's super useful. I also like how the pages are easily found through searching.
Its really a powerful house tool for entrepreneurs to be a one man band. The pages options is what use frequently on history of customer service but also the AI feature to clean up my customer service language and creating templates.

The Notion calendar is feature super undercooked. If they put some time into it and updated with Ai features similar to motion. They can really upgrade their system.

Time saving on daily tasks, creating emails and mobile messages and improving language to get a goal out of it. Help generating sales promotion and being another brain to bounce from.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a great tool that enables you to get organized and create workflows that make sense for what you're trying to do. If you have an idea of how you want to put together a project or organize your work, I can guarantee that Notion has a template to assist you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the choices are too overwhelming, and you can get into a little bit of worrying more about the template than the actual product or project that you're trying to use the template for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize the notes and research I'm collecting for multiple papers and a couple of book projects I am working on. I have found a few standard templates that I then evolved and tweaked that have allowed me to create streamlined workflows for the thought process and for organizing information that I need for those papers and books. The AI tool allows me then to find basically anything I've ever written in Notion quickly and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I often recommend notion and its ecosystem (Notion Calendar and Notion AI) to my close friend, even during playing a game (because some of my party member need to arrange and list the item wiht note taking apps, so i recommend notion). Brainstorming with AI (actively using it on my another notion account) that can read pages too are very gamechanger, imagine that i can get an answer that the AI itself learn from multi pages at 1 prompt. Many of my things like idea bank, galleries, and milestone are all connected on notion, im not using notion as "Capture" because the widget on mobile still need to be polished, but the main function as Note Taking app are the best choices and didnt change in my last 5 years. I hope the team and VC would push Notion into having more features (especially on AI), and frequently updating on Quality of Life (for example: while using AI, the page are scrolled into the bottom).
What do you dislike about the product?
im not oftenly talk to Customer Support because i dont really had major problem. Im not disliking, but i had some suggestion: please make the AI can read the database page with only tagging it, imagine what can i do more with that while brainstorming, that would be really helpful. I also concern about the privacy, is Notion didnt peek at my pages? i hope not, because many of people said that Notion not giving a privacy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
as a Freelancer (UX Designer) and college students, im using Notion AI (on my another Notion Account) for brainstorming. Such as shaping the brand voices, color pairing, theme that based on many variables that i create on several different pages (like user persona, some ux laws, etc). For my main account, some of design community often sell their product with notion pages, so i often opening my Notion to access it, for second brain i would use it for idea bank, tracking my personal project, and major life milestones.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion keeps me organized both for life and school. I love using it, especially the AI feature, to brainstorm and correct my writing. I use it daily and feel so lost when I'm thinking up new projects and can't unwrap the whole idea in Notion. It's an absolute gamechanger in how I work and function.

I wish there was an easier way to budget LOL

I like being able to really walk through and see the big picture of what I'm working on. Notion allows me the space to unpack ideas and make connections between different ideas I have on the go. It's great!
