Flexible Collaboration Hub with a Few Organizational Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is so flexible that you can use it in a lot of different ways. You can make databases with a custom structure and schema, which is key for organizing and making information searchable. I also find the markdown editor very nice; it allows me to quickly structure my notes and thoughts, create accordions, code blocks, and to-do lists, which are all super nice features. The ease of setting up a team and starting to use it was very easy, and sharing files across the organization has become much more structured and nicer now compared to when we started using Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all of Notion's flexibility, there's a need for discipline to maintain a good structure and not create a messy knowledge base. It's important to make it clear where information and documents should be put, especially in a team with multiple people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of sharing and gathering information in one unified, searchable place.
Comprehensive Features, But Needs Improved Stability
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for official documentation, and it helps in structuring documents effectively. I find the features like links to certain blocks, the availability of databases, and various templates extremely valuable. These features assist us in keeping track of meeting notes, including details about attendees through the client database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion hangs sometimes, frequent updates are annoying, and sometimes it doesn't reflect the changes made by others on the same document. The initial setup was pretty time-consuming to decide how to organize folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for official documentation and it solves the problem of structuring the documents, making it easier to manage client information, user stories, and meeting notes.
Flexible, Modular “Second Brain” with a High-Quality Lego Feel

Its flexibility, modularity, unopinionated nature. It's like building your second brain (or you company's second brain) with a sophisticate and high-quality Lego set.
What do you dislike about the product?
This app feels like it leaves too much money on the table. In my experience, you can do much better just using the Calendar and Email apps instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single point of entry to gather context on every given piece of knowledge, which can then be re-used, repackaged, shared, or even fed to AI.
Flexibility and Centralization with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion’s flexibility and customization as it allows me to combine documentation, task management, and collaboration all in one place, reducing the need for multiple tools. The clean and minimal interface makes it easy to navigate. Structuring information using databases and templates greatly enhances workflow efficiency. I also find the collaboration features, such as comments and shared workspaces, really helpful for team coordination. The flexibility helps me organize projects and documentation according to our team's needs, which improves productivity and team collaboration. The initial setup was straightforward, and we could quickly create workspaces and start building pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can sometimes feel overwhelming when managing very large workspaces, and performance may slow down with heavy databases. Also, some advanced features have a learning curve, especially for new users. It would be helpful to see improved offline functionality and faster performance for larger databases. More advanced reporting or built-in analytics could also add value for teams managing complex projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize my notes, manage projects, track tasks, and centralize team knowledge. It solves the problem of scattered information and reduces the need for multiple tools, improving visibility and team alignment.

Notion AI: A Reliable Knowledge Base for Seamless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as a day-to-day knowledge base for cross-team collaboration and documentation. I love Notion AI because it helps me find answers quickly and efficiently, saving me time and surfacing parts of Notion that are related but not ones I have authored. It allows me to get to the point without being distracted by searching for information that I know exists. It also pulls in answers while citing resources. Notion offers so many better features compared to Confluence, which felt antiquated.
