I can always count with Notion to keep my day-to-day life in track
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has become an indispensable tool in my day-to-day work life. I love how it keeps everything organized and accessible in one place, allowing me to track my tasks, notes, and projects efficiently. The flexibility to customize pages and databases to suit my needs makes it easy to stay on top of my work. Whether I'm managing deadlines, taking quick notes, or planning larger projects, I can always check Notion to see where I stand and what needs my attention. It’s a go-to tool for keeping everything in order, and I feel more productive knowing that I have everything I need right at my fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the flip side, Notion isn't the most beginner-friendly app, especially for those just starting out with productivity tools. The steep learning curve can be intimidating, as there are so many features and customization options that it’s easy to get overwhelmed. For someone new to organizing their workflow or managing tasks digitally, it can feel like there’s too much going on at once. Setting up basic structures, such as databases or linked pages, can be confusing without prior experience, which may turn off people who just want something simple to use from the get-go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Notion, I used a mix of apps to manage tasks, notes, and projects. I had one app for to-do lists, another for meeting notes, and yet another for managing longer-term projects. This created a lot of mental clutter, and I constantly found myself jumping between different tools. Notion solves this by consolidating all my information in one place. Whether it's task management, notes, or even brainstorming ideas, I can keep everything in one easy-to-access workspace. This has made my workflow much more efficient.
Long-term projects can get messy when using traditional to-do lists or basic project management tools. Notion allows me to break down these projects into smaller, manageable tasks, add deadlines, and visualize them in different formats (e.g., Kanban boards, calendars). This structured approach makes it easier to stay on track and avoid missing important steps or milestones.

Notion is great tool for team documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to create concise documentation to share with my team. The tool is simple, yet very customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it needs a to set level of access to users. I also would love a feature that allows me working offline
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps my team develop good documentation. It's easy to use and pretty straight forward. Also, it offers a good way to organize the content we create.
One application that's 'good enough'
What do you like best about the product?
There are many apps that are better than Notion in individual disciplines, simply because they specialize in it. However, there is no app that combines all these possibilities so well as Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Here are few things:
Lack of text/paragraph styling, Lack of being able to create a simple table and cross referencing

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me in nesting tasks into projects, click and drag items between dates, chart out a timeline, and file away those notes you no longer need but just can't seem to get rid of

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Notion! I use in my agency for so many things like CRM, task/project management, building client dashboards, etc. I love that you can use pre-made templates but also adjust so many things to fir your own needs. The best part is that I can do all of this for free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not user-friendly.
Although I like the versatility, things could be a bit easier and pre-made, it would save me hours.

What do you like best about the product?
That's soo easy to use, Notion tasks managment helped me soo much, and it was easy to integrate on our Contact form, where we get new leads, each lead, new page, and with that it helped our daily work to manage tasks and clients.
We use everyday, the first thing I do on my work day is check the task, and see who is doing what!
Never thought it would help me sooo much, I really wasn't an organized person, but now I think I'm :)

What do you dislike about the product?
It was not easy at first, I needed to watch a couple of video tutorials, and as the company already used for some tasks, we only needed to manage new items and where to put, but basically the first week at this job I needed to learn how to use the platform, I never needed the customer support, so I can't tell anything about it

The integration with our contact form, to organize any new lead.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is its modern interface that feels intuitive and easy to use. The customization options are great, especially the ability to personalize pages with emojis, making workspaces both functional and fun. It’s a flexible tool that adapts perfectly to different workflows and styles.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I really don't like is the idea that the document or a page is very editable, for instance, I don't like to go to a Notion document to get some information and when I hover the mouse, it seems like I am trying to edit something, sometimes we just want to be the reader and get info not add it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe Notion helps in managins very distinct data into a single page, making it easier to gather a table sheet for example, along with some links to other sites or documents.

It could be more user-friendly for non-Notino users. It takes a bit of a learning curve to get the hang of it, but onc eyou do ou get the job done nicely

It solves centralizing the Knoweldge of our proccesses, to have a good way to best share them in the company

Ability to concentrate different information such as 1:1s, team meetings, policies, trainings, etc., in one place.

For now, nothing that I don't like, I've been using it well.

What do you like best about the product?
Like many young people in their early twenties, I try to embrace the world in just 24 hours: gym, college, work, friends, and family are just a few of the many topics I have to think about daily. Because of this, it's easy to experience feelings of lack of control and anxiety. Notion was my best choice, as it helps me visualize my routine and organize everything in the best possible way. Notion is an extension of my mind; when it fails and I get lost in my routine, it saves me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion were integrated with other apps and could communicate with other people's calendars to find common available times. This way, there could be an option where I ask Notion to identify the best day to meet a specific group of friends or schedule a meeting, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me overcome my difficulty in organizing a balanced and healthy routine. Especially during stressful moments, it ensures I don't forget my tasks.
