The software I go to organize my life
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has revolutionized how I organize my life, that's why I use it everyday. I love its versatility — I usually use it as a note taking, studying board, planner and I even to organize my financial life - it is all my life in one place.
The ease of creating pages, linking databases and creating boards makes it incredibly intuitive. It's beautiful and me as a designer, love to use it. After you use for the first time, you get better how it works and it feels more intuitive. Also, whenever I need support, I can get in touch with the team and they solve the problem in a quickly and careful way.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion is nearly perfect, I find that some of its features have a learning curve, especially for beginners trying to harness its full potential. But, as I mentioned, you can get it in few days, when you are used to.

Hard to start, but better when start using more frequently

The way it makes the sorting and it organizes each tasks, and how we can integrate with other platforms, we integrate it with our contact form, where we automatically create new items on our pages
What do you dislike about the product?
That's hard to use on the first weeks, I had to watch some videos to understand how to create my pages, how to create my tables with calendar, was not very easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with our sites, where we can create a feedback portal, and even directly understand and label the users issues

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as a tool for work and studies. I can create folders and pages through its simple and beautiful interface and customize them as I see fit, inserting texts, images, tables, lists, and various other elements. For me, this ability to "assemble" documents as I wish and in a simplified manner is what attracts me most to the application.
Notion has several alternatives to speed up the workflow, such as the option to use the "/" keyboard shortcut to find the simplified block options system. These and other features attract me a lot, as I don't need to waste time looking for where the functions I want to insert into my page are at that specific moment.

Personally, I haven't found anything I dislike about Notion yet. It serves my needs well, and I still need to explore the app a bit more to perhaps find any flaws. As of today, I have no cons to mention.

Notion helps me manage different areas of life. In studies, I can take notes on courses I take and easily separate them according to the course area, such as marketing, SEO, or design.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the freedom that you have to personalize the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the integrations between boards and how the board itself appears on screen, it is consuming for me sometimes when I receive a brief.

I think Notion is the best place the keep useful information for the team, I can consult there easily.

Notion is a very flexible and customizable platform, allowing users to create whatever they need. The most impactful feature for project management is the ability to invite multiple client stakeholders without complication.
Once I understand the basics, it's easy to use despite an initial learning curve. It also significantly improves team collaboration through customized views and visualizations of data.
What needs improvement?
User management needs improvement. It's difficult to determine what information is private. It's a bit complicated for me.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Notion for more than two years now.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I encountered a problem once when there was an outage for a couple of days. Otherwise, it is very stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Notion is highly scalable. It's beneficial as it can be used for small projects or by larger teams.

I have never had to contact customer service, which indicates the product is quite stable.

Before Notion, I used a mix of solutions like Asana and Google Drive. Notion replaced several tools for me by combining their functions.
How was the initial setup?
When you know how to use it, the initial setup is easy. However, my first impression was that it was complicated, rating it a three out of ten initially.
What about the implementation team?
I did the deployment on my own. Notion is versatile enough to be used by an individual or a large team.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
For my use, the pricing is reasonable. I pay around $100 per year. However, inviting additional users can become costly.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I have considered other similar products like COVA or Nucleo but preferred to stick with Notion.
What other advice do I have?
Be patient with Notion during the initial days, and invest time in learning and understanding it through videos and studies. The tool becomes indispensable once you are used to it.

I find that there is a learning curve on how to connect pages. My colleagues were all used to Google drive.

It's amazing for knowledge base because the text naturally looks organized and the new AI feature is great.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the tool I use for almost all my personal and professional activities. In Notion, I keep track of my finances, what I need to buy for the house, gift ideas, my daily habits, and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion's weak point continues to be its formulas and automations, which are too basic within the free system itself.

When working with a large team with departments that work collaboratively it becomes essential to have direct and fast communication. Notion allows you to do just that: share projects, documents, ideas, budgets and so on.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can just search it as if it was an AI but you have all the sources there and you can also create and edit the information. Also the customer support so far was pretty good. It's a little difficult to find sometimes because of the excessive quantity of information, but Notion AI made this pretty easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's some functions that you don't need while you are just searching and sometimes you edited or suggest something without realizing because of the full editing principle. I think you should be able to configure if you want that tool enabled or not. A more customizable interface will fit to different users needs.

I work with global information so basically without it I would have a hard time searching for the information
