My experience I had with NOTION
What do you like best about the product?
The Notion provides a good interface to add all my activities and project management. Also It acts as my second brain in most of the cases. The Notion adds a lot of features to be used even for a free user, in our organization we are best organized by using NOTION, The Notion makes a lot of progress in timely basis to their customers that makes their customers satisfied.We use it everyday and I personally use it for all the works which I perform during office hours. They have a good customer satisfaction analyze teams which always gives many good implements in practical. The ease of usage and implementation is nowhere a question, they give a better understandable UI and UX for their users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually wanted Notion to consider building a good ease of integration across devices, I feel it difficult to use from Mobile Phones unlike Laptops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Notion helps me with organizing my complete notes and study matrial and a easy notes taking platform too.

Notion solves the problem of scattered information and inefficiency by providing a centralized platform for managing all aspects of your company’s operations. It consolidates project management, documentation, task tracking, and team collaboration into one highly customizable tool. This eliminates the need for multiple apps, saving time and ensuring everyone stays on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the most user-friendly, intuitive "sandbox" application you can turn into anything and tailor exactly to your needs. I use Notion from the moment I'm up until the end of my work day. I have a robust project management workspace and the addition of Notion AI has felt like having an all-knowing assistant right at my side. Having an AI assistant with a complete overview of my role and projects has made staying up to date so much easier. Notion's integration with all the apps I use makes it a seamless single source of truth.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it if there were more settings for the AI assistant.

1. I can generate project plan outlines using the databases I created from my ongoing studies. This helps smooth out my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Organization and modularity of the solution. Creation of folders, pages, and integration with various software GREATLY facilitates knowledge management.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very strong at note-taking and task management, it allows me too communicate ideas between my teammates and analyse data and store it in a reliable database. The workflow and organisation of content are every well

What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is very steep, easily making a flowing workspace for a whole team is very complex. Syncing between devices can be slow and cause frustration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our team, Notion solved a big problem: the lack of organisation of various media. It seemlessly meshes all the work we have done in one easy to manage and review spaces
A Versatile Tool for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability that you can put content into toggles which allows a lot of content to flow after each other smoothly without taking a lot of screen real estate.
What do you dislike about the product?
notion is great and all, but sometimes it can be slow especially on older computers whenever there is a lot of content on a page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is a tool that allows you to basically make a secon brain.
An all-in-one solution for organized work
What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Notion is that it’s so flexible part of being able to build out personalized workflows that are working for me right now. I just love to make task boards and connect them to docs or notes. The database tools are great to structure complex projects in a structured manner. One way I’ve also integrated Slack is for sending real time updates to keep everything streamlined. This provides a broad range of features I no longer need to juggle that make my daily work all that much more more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The problem with Notion is that it sometimes doesn't perform well for a large team. It has a big array of features which is impressive but does slow things down, especially on boarding or system setup. In addition, I have found that it takes longer than it should to search for parts in a cluttered workspace when putting work together. While these limits aren't deal breakers, in fact, they make it harder to keep up with the pace we would have liked on those tight deadlines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Notion, we don’t have to deal with miscommunication, or scattered information anymore. With its unified workspace project details, documentation, and tasks are in one place, making it easy to stay on track. I’ve seen a lot of time saved by automating the repetitive jobs like status updates through linked databases. We are able to tailor the workflows to what we want to do, or what the project requires, and this will hopefully help us manage deadlines better, and better overall collaborate.
