Versatile Tool with Effortless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the support of the markdown format in Notion because I can create a document format with the help of AI and easily import it. The major features I really value are Notion AI, markdown features, and export capabilities. Also, setting up Notion was very easy.

Notion helps with project tracking, sharing KPIs easily with my team, and creating visual documentation. It simplifies my workflow with features like markdown support and AI integration.
Facilitated Personal and Professional Organization
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is that I can put infinite lines inside a file, create multiple files, and the checkbox function that I can check. At work, I write down my tasks and, when they are done, I check the checkbox when completed. In my personal Notion, I use the checkbox to mark my daily tasks and I have all the days of the month for the entire year there, which helps me a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Notion AI is a bit outdated, and I really wish Notion would add lines for you to insert a line, you know? In that field where you click to choose if it's text, if it's a checkbox, I wish there was a way to add a line there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize myself at work and in personal life, managing tasks and daily activities like drinking water and exercising, as well as keeping track of my meals.
Time-Saving Tool with Robust Database Linking
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to put databases within databases in Notion. I think that's really handy and being able to link it all because we're a cross-functional team. Being able to have information in multiple places is very useful. Having the databases within each other works really well because there's always an infinite amount of data that we need to store.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite a small thing, really, but, copying and pasting, the formatting always go really funny, that I have to spend some time, you know, adjusting like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to track customers, feedback, meeting notes, and miscellaneous information for accounts. It saves me a lot of time with automations through tools like Zapier, so I don't spend hours on notes and templates.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion's AI notetaker is a lifesaver for my school tasks, simplifying my work plan and class notes. The automatic meeting detection feature is particularly valuable. Additionally, the initial setup of Notion was easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think more templates for meeting notes are needed after meetings. Also, the price is too much for a student.

I like that everything is brought into one flexible workspace, and the workspace itself looks clean. I appreciate features like linking pages, creating databases, and customizing views; linking pages keeps everything connected and creates a connected system rather than isolated pages, improving access to information as it's easier to navigate. It's also more flexible and modern compared to what we used before, and setting it up was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very powerful but deeper search precision and more automation would make it stronger. Improving advanced search filters in it will make this more efficient.

Streamlines Student Organization with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use Notion, and that there are so many different features. I appreciate being able to create to-do lists, calendars, timelines, graphs, separate by headings and toggles, insert slides and media, link websites, and link to different pages within Notion. The initial setup was very easy and came with a useful tutorial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when you duplicate a table in Notion, any pages you enter are duplicated as well. It would be useful to be able to duplicate just the table layout without the pages, or to change the pages in the duplicate without affecting the original.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep everything organized for my university studies. I can group subjects, manage tasks, write notes, generate practice tests with AI, and track assignments. It also allows me to share with peers, maintaining a clear line of communication.
Intuitive Interface, but Duplicate Management Could Be Easier

I enjoy the user interface, it makes it easy to navigate and organise my work.

Some things are not as easy as I’d expect e.g. highlighting and removing duplicate entries in a database

It's ease of use, many features, beautiful layout.

Sometimes the features and settings can be a bit overwhelming, especially for new users.

Really great internal documentation tool and layout that makes it easy and a pleasure to view.
Ultimate all-in-one knowledge base & project management solution with amazing UX & helpful AI
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion's UX; it's slick, looks good, and is easy to navigate. I appreciate how you can put together sophisticated workflows using the AI without needing too much knowledge of Notion itself, just having everything streamlined in one place is so great. Setting up Notion was a breeze, I'd say 10 out of 10 easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI agent sometimes requires multiple prompts to get it to do what I want, but that's a minor challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion gives us a knowledge base and project management base that all live together, powered by AI.
Flexible Integrations, Perfect for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion gives us structure, allowing the team to work efficiently across each client without missing any crucial tasks. I appreciate how flexible it is with integrations; connecting to other apps and programs to create automations is incredible. I also like that I can add events and shows for each artist into Notion, and it automatically transfers to their artist calendar. The AI integration was helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit of leg work to set up, knowing how it all works from the moment you download takes a while. I think the AI integration was helpful, I think there could be more video or visual cues to give you an idea of what to do. Or templates from other similar organizations.

Notion gives us structure, allows our team to work efficiently across clients without missing crucial tasks, and integrates well with other apps to automate processes like updating artist calendars.
