Convenient Tool for Business
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of intergration that can be added, and implemented across platfroms, ease of use can be questionable if you've never used it.
What do you dislike about the product?
customer support can be lack therof, due to it constantly asking you to use thier ai feat.

Ease of organization and impleminting new creative ideas, discussions or project building
Why Notion is the Best?
What do you like best about the product?
At first, I thought it was just another site like vocaroo where you upload videos and stuff. I was surprised when I got to see almost all of it's features. You can create like everything there; from minutes of the meetings, knowledge-base and instructions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything right now. This is just perfect for my role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There's almost a 100% accurate prediction on video captions. No need to write anything when recording a video.
Highly flexible, with its effectiveness varying greatly depending on how it is used.
What do you like best about the product?
We utilize this tool for task management in internal projects. Since management items can be freely configured for each space, it’s highly convenient for adapting to the specific needs of each project or individual management level.
Additionally, integrating it with Google Calendar allows the home screen to display a combination of scheduled events and tasks, making it very easy to check what needs to be done today.
We also link meeting notes transcribed using another tool into Notion and leverage its AI features. For example, by asking questions like, "What opinions were raised about xxxx?", we can quickly extract the information we need, which is incredibly valuable.
With so many features available, I feel there’s still much to learn in mastering its full potential. However, it’s clear that this is a versatile tool with great potential for expanding its use depending on your ideas.

For instance, having a feature that allows tasks from another space to be referenced and synchronized with private tasks would be incredibly helpful. This would enable individuals to manage their personal tasks while also reflecting updates in shared project tasks seamlessly.
In terms of UI, while the tool is highly functional and user-friendly, the overall screen design feels somewhat faint, making it challenging to create visual distinctions. As the number of pages and tasks increases, it becomes harder to navigate. I believe it would be much more intuitive if conditions or settings could allow for color changes or emphasis, making it easier to visually organize and distinguish elements.

Sharing tasks within the team has become much easier.

I love how customizable Notion is—whether it's for personal notes, project management, or team collaboration, it’s easy to set up exactly how I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't click on images directly in Notion; it would be more convenient if I could interact with them more easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Since we started using Notion all tasks in the company have become more efficient. not just for me, but for the entire team as well. We’ve found it incredibly useful.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there isn’t anything I particularly dislike. However, I’m still not entirely clear on the examples of automation, so it would be helpful to see a few more examples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, I struggled to find where the necessary files or documents were, but now with Notion AI, I can find them quickly, which has been a big help.

I would say that one of the biggest strengths of Notion AI is how effectively it assists in the writing process.

Notion can slow down significantly when working with large databases or complex workspaces, which can be frustrating for those managing multiple projects.

Many updates and sometimes they do not match my work.

Notion AI - It saves me time when thinking about multiple ideas.
It fixes my English grammar and the translation is quite good quality.

Easy to use and organize my things
What do you like best about the product?
I used to organize my things with Google Drive, but few months ago I discovered Notion and I preffer to use, because I can find my things easilly. Also I choosed to use in my personal life!
What do you dislike about the product?
The kanban feature sounds like not so friendly, I preffer the feature of KanbanFlow at this point. Maybe some improves are necessary.

Like i said before, its very good to organize my things, and I can follow a logic in my head

What do you like best about the product?
Customisable templates to download, with easy to adapt interface. Love how organised my folders are and the calendar and AI integration for research and content strategy writing has been incredible. For both personal and business!

Nothing I can think of to be honest- I love the templates and the ease of use. The ai agent is always on point

That it allows me to integrate every aspect of my life, from family stuff to work and so on.

I don't dislike anything but I'd like a little refresh of the interface and more shortcuts to save ideas on the go instead of getting there step by step.
