What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize all the pages the way you'd like it to. This can be for business, personal, goal tracking and etc. I primarily use it as a center of return for whatever the end goal of the page is.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can sometimes be steep. Definitely has a lot of options and flexibility to custom the way you want it to and with great powers come great responsibilities. Nothing a few YouTube tutorials and hands-on best practices wouldn't do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The abiltyt to document everything and anything, and making it look nice!

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who primarily accesses our company's Notion workspace to find information, I'm impressed by how intuitive and user-friendly the experience is. Whether I need to quickly look up our company policies, check project updates, or find team documentation, everything is just a quick search away.

I can instantly get a summary or ask questions about the content. I don't need to be a power user or content creator to benefit from these features - they're right there when I need them

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and learn, and I appreciate the fact that the Notion AI alllows you to quickly clean up notes. Our team also uses integrations with Google Drive, Zapier and Slack to further utilize automations. We use it on a daily basis.

It can sometimes be hard to find things as they can get buried within other pages.

This helps us with project management as well as organizing notes used for things like onbaording and SOPs.

As a student I just loved this app so much as it helps me to arrange my notes .

Overall I would add that this is a must use app if you want yourself to be neat and tidy about your notes.

One of the things I like most about Notion is its incredible versatility. It functions as an all-in-one workspace, allowing me to organize projects, notes, databases, and tasks seamlessly in a single app. The customizable templates and layouts make it easy to tailor the experience to fit any workflow, whether I'm managing a team project or tracking personal goals.

The app can sometimes feel sluggish, especially with larger databases or complex pages that include lots of images and content. The performance can be an issue, particularly on mobile devices, where loading times and navigation can feel slower than ideal.

Notion helps me organize my tasks and projects, allowing me to stay in control of who's responsible, track deadlines, and see the percentage of completion for each project.

Notion AI is my new favourite feature which helps me find information quickly whilst providing the source where the info is coming from. Love it!

Can be overwhelming as there are thousands of pages created so it can take some time to find the correct information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to store information and act as a single source of truth. Personally as a sales rep and with many moving pieces of the puzzle, it helps me work cross functionally whilst accessing accurate information that I can share with customers or take with me on calls.

Notion is so helpful to find and locate all the notes I take on a daily basis. Great clickable links, customizable fields, etc. I use it almost every day as well.

Load times can be a little slow but overall a great tool!

The aesthetic customization can be improved further, but it is not a major issue.

Create a linked association of the knowledge base to provide a comprehensive overview of different teams' functions, contributions, and strategic goals, while keeping track of all to-dos and important tasks related to milestones.

Additionally, the learning curve can be steep, especially when trying to set up complex systems. I feel that the platform could benefit from better support to help users get the most out of its features. The process can also become challenging for more advanced tasks.

Notion is helping me save a lot of time by providing ready-to-use templates for new clients, activities, tasks, and projects. This allows me to focus more on the creative aspects of my work, which, as a designer, is the most important part of my business. With Notion, I can keep track of all ongoing projects and prioritize the tasks that need attention daily. Having everything organized in one place also reduces my stress; I no longer have to search in multiple locations for client or project information, which makes my workflow much smoother and more efficient.
