Friendly experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a super complete tool, which allows me to streamline my work, as well as teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I don't love about Notion is that sometimes when loading a new page it fails, and I have to do it a second or third time to be able to create it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to carry out extensive documentation in interactive and very comprehensive files.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to complete work inside tasks and put up-to-date guidance inside those pages using templates. Combining a page template with the AI writing assistant and the ability to point the assistant toward the pages it should use as information sources creates high-quality drafts ready for copy editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep for users who are new to using digital notes and organization software. The support and learning material from the Notion team is, however, prominently featured and of high quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's frustrating to try to connect business processes and templates with task and project management. Bringing the two together in Notion really increases transparency within teams that are willing to work in a new way.
The addition of AI for incorporating transcription with notes taken during the meeting is a game changer and the integration with Microsoft Teams works very well. Capturing the transcription locally is a huge improvement over tools that require you to add a bot to a meeting to record and take notes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive it is, the way it is possible to organize and visualize activities and steps in a simple way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to archive the activities already carried out but in a way that didn't end up in the trash
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion can help me and my Marketing team to have a good organization with our activities. We can see what everyone is working on at the moment. He helps us a lot, especially when it comes to organizing activities.

I really like the freedom to organize tasks in different areas. Great for team management, especially because of the task-sharing feature.

It has many features and sometimes it's confusing to know how to use the tool in the best way. I believe it should be a bit more intuitive.

Organization of demands, organization of the team, sharing of tasks. Increase the team's productivity with more organized tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the flexibility and the countless organizational possibilities that Notion's layout allows, in addition to the integration with other software like Drive.
I’ve used it before for personal organization, and nowadays I use it with my work team. I feel like I’m making much better use of the tools now that more people are using it.

It could be a bit more intuitive in some areas, and the AI could have the option to integrate information with other pages in the workspace.
We’re still figuring out the easiest ways to use some features and how to automate our team organization more and more. It could perhaps be easier, but it’s still working well.

Notion helps my team with task and demand management for marketing in the company we work for. It also helps us maintain a history of all the projects we've completed. AI also helps me optimize task briefings and boosts my productivity when organizing certain demands.

What do you like best about the product?
High level of flexibility and customization. Very innovative product team continually rolling out new and valuable features. Robust automations and integrations. Best in class AI tool.

There is a slight learning curve for employees who haven't used a similar tool before, which can cause some barriers to adoption across the company.

Content management capabilities are strong - we centralize all our information in here.

Sometimes when wrtiting in multiple languages (spanish and english)
Notion can confuse the languages and produce summary in a different language.
Example I write a summary in English and the summary (done by AI) writes the summary in Spanish.

Helping us as a Knowledge Base and Easy to write summaries using AI.
Great collaborative business tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very customisable and new capabilities and features are added all the time. Can be integrated with middleware like Zapier for automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to get used to if you're used to using Word/G-suite products. The databases could be a lot better.

It helps you centralize all your workflows—like task lists, standard operating procedures, and project timelines—into one cohesive system. Notion's AI functionality is a major improvement over its previous search capabilities, allowing you to find information more easily and quickly.

Very easy to use, especially in terms of format. The chatbot for searching the documentation works very well. Notion A.I is super powerful for improving writing.
I find that the pages load very quickly, if I compare to Sharepoint for example, there is an enormous difference in terms of loading speed.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find it paradoxically complicated to share content. If I want to share a page with a colleague or friend, I have to authorize them to the page, there is an access request, I don't know. Everything is possible but there is often an "extra step" and I think this aspect should be made easier.

This is my note-taking tool, so I keep all my notes on it.
If I need to carry out a separate project and write, I put everything on it. I constantly use A.I to improve my writing or to translate since I don't work in my native language.
My big problem is with sharing via the web, I'm afraid of scrapers and potentially sharing "confidential" information with the entire web.
