Enhance knowledge management
What do you like best about the product?
Extreme flexibility, all-in-one integration, and real-time collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It presents a slight learning curve. Only once it is overcome can its full potential be extracted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps to quickly and efficiently gather documentation about different processes in the development of a project, so that it is collected, classified, and accessible to anyone who is not involved in that development.
Intuitive and widely applied, but some basic frustrations
What do you like best about the product?
its applications, especially it' templates are incredibly sueful and the AI capabilities are impressive. Super helpful for when I'm trying to find docs my team have made, or when I'm moving to a different area which happened a few weeks ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that there are simple things that it doesn't get right. one example is when I create a table but change my mind, there's no undo button or delete button for a table, I shouldn't have to restore a previous version, especially if I created a table and then created some other content but changed my mind. Othertimes I've had to jjust copy and paste everything other than the table and create a new page and delete the old page, shuoldn't have to do that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Locating resources is really difficult so it helps solve that problem really well, also the integreation into slack is helpful too. Also helping to organise a huge teams projects with templates is very useful.
Notion keeps me well organized and AI keeps me smart
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is user friendly, easy to use and has lots of great features! The AI writing assistant is also fantastic, offering great suggestions and tweaks to the copy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing & permissions was introduced and it was kind of confusing, there can be better documentatiomn about it

Information organization, documentation and transparency in the company environment

Ask AI is my go to assistant for any tasks big or small. Kudos to the team for it.

Same issue persists, wish the team makes a note of it.

Notion is my go to tool for all AI tasks. It makes the work quick and efficient. I was able to save a good amount of time with Ask AI feature.

easy to use, clean user interface, AI tool support, great for collaboartion with colleagues, integration with Slack

The loading time is slightly prolonged when handling large datasets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion AI when I need to simplify documents or adjust the tone of the content for different audience. With Notion AI, it’s efficient to move from scrappy notes to more organized and refined documents. Grammar checks and translation is helpful as well!

It's not easy to find out a suitable template especially for Japanese text.

Notion AI can find out the best solution by looking for all the information we have stocked in work space. It saves our time a lot.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of fragmented information management by providing a centralized platform for notes, tasks, and collaboration. Its versatility and customization options benefit me by streamlining my workflow and reducing the need for multiple specialized tools.
Notion AI is extremely powerful if all your data is already in Notion
What do you like best about the product?
Database structures. I'm a heavy user both for work and for personal use, and the ability to easily create a database and link it across different pages. AI features are great, but it takes a long time to move and build out our knowledge base in Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance; large databases takes a long time to load and for a large company, that was one of the pushbacks we got when trying to implement this across the company.

Consolidation of all our company information, and then being able to link that to other pages in our teamspace.
