Amazing but there are pages everywhere

You often have a big amount of private pages or shared page, that are not in a specific workspace or wiki.

- Notion AI for the translation of our page: allow to easily translate all our documentation for country openings

One of the best KB apps
What do you like best about the product?
I've never used a document keeping software that had AI, it integrates with slack too, which is pretty neat. When I need to check how to quickly check the syntax of our product it works well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use some password sharing, the importing features with other markdown notes I use doesn't always work well.

One of the best tools for documenting and streamlining processes, centralizing communication.
What do you like best about the product?
It combines note-taking, project management, task tracking, and database functionality in a single platform. I can create tailored workflows using templates that are private or visible for teams or everyone, databases, and linked pages. And I like it's minimalist design!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that makes me think I'll change it for any other tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a great database system which is versatile, enabling users to create detailed, filterable, and relational data. Whether for tracking projects or managing content, we find this tool particularly valuable.
Very intuitive and helpful when it comes to organizing!
What do you like best about the product?
Knowledge Management would be the word for my usage of Notion on my current job: I like the simplicity of things, also how I can find a lot of resources in the internet and in the app "FAQ" to help me when in doubt. It's great to be able to personalize things without being too complicated, also how it integrates with different systems and apllications. I really didn't experienced any bugs too. I'm not sure regarding implementations or customer support for i didn't use it or helped my organization with any of those topics until now. I use it frequently now and not only for work, but also my personal account. Notion AI is also very helpful in may day to day tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the mobile/browser version is not very good to surf - when using from my Iphone i encounter some bugs, specially in the browser.

Centralizing documents. Helpinf search content with notion AI. Organizing my day.

the flexibility to structure documentation and share it with other colleagues. It's enables everyone in the company to find the right information

when it gets too big is easy to get lost and have outdated informations

Notion AI is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I just started in a new company, all of their knowledge base lives in notion. Notion AI Writing Assistant is really a game changer. I can just ask notion AI about a topic and it would give the a complete answer that I can just copy and paste to send my customer. It would also give you the links to the documents in case I need to double check, and even look for conversations with the keywords on slack! Knowledge management couldn't be easier!

I have no complaints, I had used notion before at other jobs and the hardest thing was to find what you needed, now that is as simple as an ai
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a new customer success member on my company, it makes it super easy to search for whatever I need. The fact that it can also search slack conversations is amazing, as it would provide me up to date answers to whatever question I ask
My Notion Journey: Work and Life
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion frequently, from managing work initiatives to planning my vacation trips. I always recommend it to friends and acquaintances because of its ease of use and the freedom to have information in a simple and clear way. I'm a big Notion evangelist at work, and today it's even used as an official tool. It's a great achievement for a Notion addict like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the date filters a bit confusing, and I often get lost when trying to define certain periods. I would also like the PDF export of a page to match exactly what I see in Notion; in some cases, it ends up breaking or changing elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to have a history of initiatives, keep track of what is being done by team colleagues, and most importantly, it contributes to more valuable notes and insights, which, when using AI, extract the maximum content from the information I present

What do you like best about the product?
I love the access to templates that make my life easier. The community is really active and giving lots of inspiration on how to maximise the value your get out of Notion. You can centralise a ton of tools in 1 by using it properly (even external things like project management, help center, career page, product road map).
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve for new and untechnical users. It can quickly get messy when people who don't know how to use it create new pages etc..

Primarily notion serves as our internal knowledge base, where we document anything we do in the business.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is great for keeping track of what we're working on and using it as a SSOT for our very large data base, contributing to many different teams. Notion allows you to search for information and teams easily, and have everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
With a large amount of information, sometimes searching for what you need can be difficult, however Notion AI makes a HUGE difference

Time spent on research, tracking work across different teams, provoding relevant notes and updates in one single place, ability to create pages that include charts tables and all kinds of data.
Notion is my go-to platform, Notion AI Chat offering quick assistance and boosting productivity.

The ability to create and link multiple types of content allows me to organize everything from personal notes to complex project workflows in one place.
