Great, completely changed the way I work, very time-saving
What do you like best about the product?
It is like an ocean of knowledge it gives a new meaning to updating learning and continuous Learning. I am not gonna lie the best thing I like about it is the AI tool

It can be confusing at first.
I don't like the way to bookmark Notion pages, I would like to have the ability to have Folders to store my favorite Pages

Saving time with this tool I write all my communications for my customers and they are always accurate because they are referencing our database.

What I like best about Notion is its flexibility combined with its AI features. The AI helps with generating ideas, summarizing notes, and streamlining tasks, making it even easier to organize everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Notion is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming with its many features and customization options, especially for new users. It may take some time to get used to the interface and find the most efficient setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the problem of managing and organizing a knowledge base in a streamlined way. It allows me to centralize all important information, resources, and documentation in one place. This benefits me by making it easier to access and update knowledge quickly, ensuring that I can find and share information efficiently without it getting lost across different platforms.
Notion AI makes my work more concise and accurate
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to integrate AI into my docs ensuring my content makes sense and is likely better than how I first drafted it. I'm able to integrate with many other tools like Amplitude, slack, and eppo which allows for preview embeds inside of the docs. Anyone can start using Notion on Day 1 and be up to speed very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function of notion is annoying to say the least. I prefer Coda's search functionality over Notions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows for my team to have deep knowledge documented while also planning for the future.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get started, easy to organize your thoughts and ideas. Notion AI works amazing when there is so much wiki information about your company!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to print docs. Things look off and too spaced apart when printing. Trying to figure out how to show the same data on different pages is pretty confusing. When I duplicate a page that has another page inside, it also duplicates that...which, when I didn't realize that was happening, it created a lot of versions of that one page. I also feel like the Title, Header 1, 2, and 3 text sizes are slightly too similar to one another. Would love a tad more differentiation. Permissions and sharing seem overly complicated and I've had multiple issues with people losing permission and not being able to figure out how to regrant it.

Onboarding, currently. A place to gather ideas and organize systems.

Notion AI is what I use for all questions both internal and client facing. It's a game-changer for me

It's a little bulky. Way too many pages and a little hard to find things

We work async and I need to find answers when my team isn't always available. This acts as an internal wiki for me

Too much customization needs an attention that I wasn't expecting.
