We finally made organizing work and personal projects intuitive and simple
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is so versatile for both individual and teams projects. It’s a simple note taking, task management, database platform that has combined thing so well that it’s made our workflow go much smoother. However, I also like the customisable templates for each project that we have saved a lot of time. One of its featured is being able to integrate with other tools like Slack and Google Drive, everything is stored in one easy access place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is great when you have few databases or smaller pages with little content, but as your databases grow or you add a lot of content, it can be slow to load, sometimes affecting our productivity. They also have the problem of being too flexible, which is an issue for new users, as it can be overloading for them to get their head around all of the features at once. The steep learning curve has disguised how quickly the platform can really be used for team collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By centralizing everything in the best place, Notion has solved our problems of keeping the information for the project in order. It’s allowed me to stop switching between notes, tasks, document apps, saving me time and eliminating errors. The part of its task management features that we have put to use has helped us to stay on schedule and optimise our workflow, cultivating a better organisation and a more organised team communication.

Price is bit expensive. Notion should have different pricing for startups

I like its AI writing assistant feature, and there are many templates and built-in features available that make my work easier.

If makes the interface more beginner-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is versatile and user friendly. I love how it combines notes, task management, and collaboration features all in one place. The customizable templates, databases, and boards make organizing projects a easy. Its integrations with other tools and platforms are also a big plus. My team's productivity is boosted and it has made it easier to manage all of our daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve was steep, especially when it comes to the use of its advanced features. However, once my team got the hang of it, the benefits were outweighed by its functionality and flexibility.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the extent to which you can really make the space work for you in the best way you're comfortable with. It can be adapted to sit with your preferred workflow, covering as much or as little as you need

Some of the integrations are quite token and only work one way (i.e. external application -> Notion and nothing back in the other direction)

We use Notion as a single point of contact for all client information - from initial contracts to everyday account management
Organizing my work at one place
What do you like best about the product?
In doing security review of web applications, smart contracts, I often found research white papers, docs, articles across different mediums, to make them available under one place so that I can come back and refer whenever I want. I don't think a day without using notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find anything that I dislike in notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to organize my readings all under one place, be it research paper, blogs, article, etc. Also it's helpful for me take notes while online sessions, youtube videos, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although you can use notion as websites, I think it still needs some features like that user signup and login. I want to create a website by using pages that I wrote in notion. But I don't want my website as a public website. I want to create a members only website. File download options shoud be based on the member status of my website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wrote my technical documentation, instructions and books in microsoft word document before Notion. Saving images as files before inserting into the ms word document is really time consuming. Notion doesn't need to do this. Just take a screenshot, copy and paste the image into Notion page. I don't need to have a headache for pages. I can write pages in order and I can separate them as well. The readers can read my pages in order easily because of that feature. I'm going to buy Notion subscription in a few months.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the most user friendly resource platform that I've utilized, and implementing it was a breeze even for new hires! As a customer support representative who needs to find something quickly and uses it often, I can't say there's any better platform that I've used!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - even Notion's Customer Support Team is top tier, quick to respond, and total rays of sunshine with any question! 🙌
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have such a variety of ways to format a resource, note page, or managing projects, compared to any other software such as Google Docs is unbeaten. If you see it in your head, you can create it in Notion.

What do you like best about the product?
Continues to be a fantastic all-in-one workspace for notes, tasks, and project management. Its flexibility and database features are incredibly powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
While generally excellent, I'd appreciate some improvements in offline functionality and perhaps a more intuitive way to manage recurring tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving huge use cases related to note taking and creating document in detail and with easy to develop modular approach. I do take notes and make docs for my study purpose and I find notion is the best among all as far as I explored it.
