Its making the job easier for CRm purposes as well for project management pupeoses , I use it for sales and marketing

What do you like best about the product?
The interface's simple and straightforward layout helps my ability to remain focused without distractions. Additionally, it integrates across all of my devices, making sure that I always have access to my notes and projects, no matter whether I am on my computer or phone. It is similar to having an all-in-one workspace that adjusts to my requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I don't like about Notion is that it can feel slow at times, especially when loading complicated sites or working with bigger datasets. Because there are so many personalization possibilities, it can be a little difficult at first. I sometimes feel like I work harder to set up the ideal system than I do to do the tasks at hand. Another problem I have with Notion is its limited offline capabilities, which makes it difficult for me to utilize efficiently when I don't have internet access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue of being confused and needing to manage several tools for various jobs is resolved with Notion. It was challenging to organize everything in one location when I used different apps for notes, to-do lists, project management, and even databases until I started using Notion. All of that is combined by Notion, giving me a single platform to manage both my personal and professional projects with ease. Whether I work alone or in a team, it facilitates the organization of my ideas, the setting up of tasks, and the development of clear processes for both small and large projects.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the notion is how free it makes me feel. I can easily remember my tasks, goals, and notes. I love that the new feature makes it easy for my devices to sync. I love it because i am always going somewhere. The projects which i decide with deadline notion boost up the productivity with nice deadline system. I use at office and home both schedules and tasks managemnets done easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to set up at first because you can do so many things. I sometimes spend too much time on the plan and not enough on getting things done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That way I do not have to switch between apps to keep track of everything. Now my team and i can work together better and i feel like i have a better handle on both my work and personal life.

Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that fact that ist easy to use as well as the fact that there is alot to do or there is a number of features that you can come across. Notion also assists in creating products or content that aids in assisting customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt like when your a new user you would need a small guide to show you have to perform a few functions but nonetheless its easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having information stored in one place rather then all over, Can start all projects and finish the using just only notion and another one with be a better more advanced note taking software rather then the traditional way where we might lose some information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout customizability. It is a pretty straightforward tool to get into. My company is still rolling out Notion to multiple departments, but we continue to learn more daily. I also appreciate how many integrations and features are being made available
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion had a Microsoft Teams plugin. It would be nice to enhance our collaboration efforts. It also doesn't look as nice as other platforms, but at the same time, it doesn't overdo it and makes training new users reasonably easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is being tested to meet our PMO needs. We have also started adding in Buisness Development and Operational elements.

I'm continuing to use Notion just like before and the AI summary feature is game changer

The offline mode still continues to be bad

Notion helps me prepare a plan for my project, and helps me take down notes quickly whenever I don't have a paper and pen handy. I think, it has helped me create my portfolio as well, for free

Not obvious and easy to use the sophisticated features : databases, graphes, links, creat dashboards, code sheet logics..

I love how this one platform helps me organize my personal life and parallely plan & structure my professional with such ease & simplicity
What do you dislike about the product?
For any detailed checklist or plan, I would still prefer to do it using Google Sheets. The functionality of making customized plans on Google sheets is still not available on Notion

Great for project planning and keeping track of all agency to-do's and notes
What do you like best about the product?
You can build virtually anything in notion. Databases, notes, calendars. We even use it for tailored onboarding in our organisation
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes difficult sharing projects with people outside of your organisation while hiding certain pages in that project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping notes and tracking project progress. I really like that we can set reminders/deadlines.
