Highly Customizable and Collaborative with Powerful Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable it is. I can create and track anything that I need and its easy to collaborate as well. Having the Notion AI has been a game changer for me for tracking data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike, it has just been a bit of a learning curve but worth the time and investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is simplifying my research time by organizing important data for me. I feel like there is so much more I can use it for that I have yet to discover.
Intuitive and Feature-Rich Notion, with Minor Loading Lag
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve never used a program like notion for knowledge tracking and notetaking. It was very intuitive to start and has tools that I didn’t even really know that I needed until I started using them. The notion Team seems to have anticipated everything I needed before I even had a project to start.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a small bit of loading lag as I moved between pages of my documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a large amount of thoughts and direction. My project needs to go in and I can’t focus on one singular item at a time. As ideas come, they have to be collated and tucked away where I can easily find them again. A particular strength is that they constantly reference each other and notion makes it easy for hyper linking to other ideas.
Efficient Information Syncing, but Room for AI Feature Growth
What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to sync information that i have input in to the right format. Savings me lots of time when categorising important information for studying and my projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor things it still cannot do compared to other AI software but as it develops this will change im sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It aids me solving problems in projects I am planning and also in guidance with structure for uni work.

A bit confusing to use (especially in the beginning)

lack of format. I can do a lot more in a word doc or ppt with colurs, figures, etc

databases to keep track of customers, customer requests, due dates through calendar and timeline views
All in One Second Brain
What do you like best about the product?
Easily organize and pull info from other sources using notion AI or a connector to AI like claude

Would like more offline support, and mor enahnced features in in app AI

Keeping all my separate projects organized efficiently as a second brain
Knowledge Management at its Best
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has the capabilities to handle the needs of my department - creating a database knowledge base that the rest of the team can utilize. I can use AI to help with many of my tasks, and it typically gets it right, or points me in the right direction more often than not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading times of some pages can be a bit long, even though the computer is using Ethernet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the digital room of the production floor, we had no way to track settings of the equipment for what worked and what didn't work. Using Notion, I've created a database with all the needed information - some of which cannot be saved by job - so that we can get repeatable results every time we run a certain job.
Great Customization for Task Management and Drafting in Notion
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Notion is the ability to customize it for creating tasks, drafting copy, and managing internal tracking. These features are my favorite aspects of using Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about Notion is its limited automation features and the difficulty in communicating seamlessly between different teams.

Keeping all our campaign notes in one place for anyone to view
Innovative AI Agent with Unique Page Interaction, Setup Can Be Challenging
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI agent feature that can interact with pages and edit columns and rows... there is nothing like it out there today. It's like projects in Claude but wayyyyy better.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is helpful is that you can direct an agent to edit things based on a custom set of instructions and consistent behaviors... the hard part is designing and setting all of it up, but their ai can also help you do that which is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing dozens of meetings and follow ups... benefiting me as it is able to parse a transcript and pull out relevant details and properties and put them into a CRM...

The user UX - so easy to use and clean looking! Also so fast
