The best way to organize your whole life
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a mixture of notebook, spreadsheets, data base, kanban board and almost anything in between these. It's highly customizable (but not too much, in a way where you get analysis paralysis), offers a wide range of templates for various use cases, and is really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming if you try to customize it too much and it can get too complex to use. The real deal is to find your balance in between the simplicity of a notebook and a highly customizable second brain.
The whole mobile experience isn't that great. The offline mode cannot be trusted. The app logs you off randomly and not every page is synchronized. Furthermore, some pages, and especially databases are challenging to use on smaller screens.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion continues to impress with its consistent updates. Recently, I’ve really enjoyed the addition of AI-powered features like smart summaries and auto-categorization, which save time and improve productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion has made great strides, there’s still room for improvement. Advanced project management tools like Gantt charts or task dependencies are still limited compared to dedicated PM platforms. Managing multiple complex projects can feel overwhelming without more robust workflow automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
provides an all-in-one workspace for note-taking, task management, and collaboration. I benefit because I get to use these features.

What do you like best about the product?
You can combine notes, databases, calendars, tasks, wikis, and dashboards in one centralized space. Pages are highly customizable with drag-and-drop blocks, toggles, embeds, headers, checklists, and more—so it fits your exact workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
A more responsive, powerful mobile interface with richer offline capabilities. Also, you're not able to create charts, graphs, or basic reporting tools without third-party integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps the C-suite informed on every aspect of the business. We as managers provide weekly updates to the page so they can be aware of everything that happens in each account. Any major details are placed there (Good/bad). Instead of reaching out to you directly they just open the notion page for those details. This helps to keep the communication alive within the business.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using notion because it helps me organise my business, all my other ventures and even my personal calendar. The various number of options to categorise and systemize my information is a god-send. It helps me save so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more styles and themes that I could use. I also wish it's tables and sheets could be more like Excel so that I don't have to switch between both so much. I also don't like that I have to use two different apps for calander and note taking. To get calender feautres I have to use Notion Calander. It would be nice if Notion itself had the features instead of 2 different applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I am upto the brim with deadlines and campaigns for my projects, Notions helps me keep track of everything and have them all in their own folders and sub folders. Everything becomes accessible to me. I don't have to rely on one device because I can access my notions files on my phone or my PC system.

The UI is cluttered at times and it makes it a bit difficult to figure out which option is where

It is helping me and my teams to stay on the same page with great communication and collaboration
A Great Tool with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The setup of automation is straightforward and user-friendly, which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my frustrations with Notion is the inability to copy information as easily as you would in Excel. When working with databases or tables, the side-to-side scroll is another pain point. It's only available at the bottom of the page, which becomes cumbersome when dealing with larger tables, like those with 150+ lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving my problem by providing a highly flexible and customizable platform that integrates note-taking, task management, and databases into one cohesive workspace.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has been a great way for me to communicate with my peers across shifts/ teams. It has provided us with a way to neatly organize information and makes it easy to present said information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to navigate the platform.

Notion allows me easy access to a wide range of information offered within the company. All the information can be found fairly easily.
