What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is that it is an all-in-one workspace that excels with its intuitive interface, versatility and powerful database functions. Its user-friendly interface allows you to navigate and customize the platform according to your needs. It's amazing to share information with my colleagues and personalize it.
In addition, it has a wide range of templates and customization options, making it adaptable for different use cases. In terms of collaboration and work sharing, Notion facilitates information exchange by allowing team members to share pages, databases and documents. It also offers real-time editing and commenting capabilities, which facilitates teamwork and project progress.
At my company, we use it to share the job catalogs, benefits, office policies, etc. Is our primary tool to share information along the company.
Finally, Notion's database capabilities enable users to create relational databases, allowing them to effectively manage and organize complex information.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is very intuitive, it can have a somewhat high learning curve, especially for users who are new to the platform. In my case, I had to use some YouTube tutorials to be able to use it smoothly.
When someone is a new user, we need to spend some time explaining basic usage information, because is not intuitive at first. When you are a more experienced user I think is an amazing tool.
In addition, you may experience performance issues with large databases or complex pages, resulting in slow load times and occasional delays.
Its offline capabilities are also limited, which can make it difficult to work without a reliable Internet connection. The mobile version of Notion is useful but is missing certain features and may be less intuitive. In addition, for larger teams or companies, Notion's advanced features come at a cost, which can be expensive for startups or small businesses.

So it's amazing to have a place where we can share a lot of valuable information, links related, images, videos, etc. So when someone has questions about any policy or process, usually we send the Notion link beside of explaining it every time. I save a lot of time thanks to Notion.

it is very intuitive but I think it lacks creativity.

that everything is registered and it is very easy to search through the magnifying glass.

that it is not creative, lacks color and imagery

I like to block some filters and visualizations for the members team, which always would have the edition permission but I would like to lock the filters and views for them. But this is not possible, because they can always change the filters.

Sometimes edit is really easy to do, so it leads to errors, since there is no prevention of data loss

There are so many templates available, both free and paid, which allow for very easy and quick adoption.
There are many uses for Notion either personally on for a business, and allows for a great level of customisation. The continuous development means that there is always value being added.

There are too many options! It can be hard to know where to begin because it has so many use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One central, customisable, easy to navigate and easy to update knowledge base for all key information for the project teams.
Notion is one of my favorite tools for project planning and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very intuitive to use. It is my preferred tool for planning and collaborating on projects, especially to define timelines and organize useful resources and information in databases. I also think it works very well as a company-wide internal documentation tool. I have used it almost everyday in the past couple years.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Search experience across pages is not so good. It has improved in the past few months, but could be better. Databases could be more seamlessly integrated with Google Sheets as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to store information in databases with an organized view and an increased user experience. It has more capacity to store in-depth pieces of information (like images, urls, tags, attachments...) for each item when compared to other tools. As a knowledge base, it works very well, providing a "landing page" for each internal team and project that enables me to compile and direct to multiple sources of information when necessary. This solves the problem of having documents stored across many different places and also the problem of visualization and ease of use of other tools.

Easy to implement ideas, do a quick POC of a knowledge base and sharing information quickly with colleagues and even build presentations. We use this tool daily.
