Versatile and Fan-Favorite Solution for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI agents, which enhance the Notion experience with their capabilities. I appreciate team spaces for effective collaboration and the flexible page customization for creating interconnected databases. Notion helps me efficiently organize my thoughts and content, making it indispensable for both work and personal tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's too open-ended, making it tricky to use advanced features.

Great repository to document things internally but hard to use on the day to day
What do you like best about the product?
It is fully customizable, and easy to use. It's like a hyper-boosted word document where you can organize everything, much more organized, with bullets, subsections and all conected. We use it weekly

It is tediously hard to keep it updated, since you forget everything that is there. Plus, it is not easy to read everything to see if all is Ok or not. It static, like a silo and it takes time if you really want it to work

Notion - A Complete Life Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy notion the most due to its capability to not only integrate with existing services that I use, but also the flexibility of the software as well. Notion allows me to create two different workspaces (Personal & Work). This matters tremendously to me I use one workspace for my professional matters, healthcare/finance, and the other for personal planning, development, and even effortless communication with my significant other as our schedules filter into the software. We are able to plan individually and collectively, while I am also able to maintain my professional matters securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is easy to use, but also highly customizable. Customization creates complexity, so I will acknowledge the steep learning curve. It took me about a week or so (~2 hours) to begin to feel comfortable when navigating through the software. Albeit time consuming, the reward is well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say that the biggest benefits of using notion would be complete organization, intergration, and ease of recollecting what was discussed in the meeting, as all my meeting notes are transcribed and summarized by AI.

The ease of creating folders that will be easily linked together. Makes keeping notes and forms accessible.

Sometimes a little difficult to create charts or more complex organizational pages.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion significantly enhances my efficiency, especially when it comes to task management. The learning curve for getting accustomed to Notion is relatively easy, making it user-friendly even for those new to it. I appreciate the AI capabilities within Notion that bring an intelligent edge to my workflow. The flexibility of the databases is outstanding, providing a versatile environment for organizing data. Another aspect I enjoy is the ability to integrate seamlessly with a wide range of tools and platforms, including Google Calendars, Google products, Microsoft applications, and popular automation services like Zapier. This level of integration makes it highly compatible with my existing toolset and enhances my productivity. There's simply nothing else out there that compares to what Notion offers, making it a standout choice for my organizational needs.

I find some of the UI features in Notion to be a bit complex.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of Notion, which allows me to customize and establish processes for project management, repeatable tasks, and operations. The AI features help me complete tasks incredibly quickly, letting me focus on high-leverage tasks. I find the ability to build databases and pages with intuitive markdown-like editing extremely effective, and the integration with Slack enhances my workflow. The no code aspects and the provision of adaptable tools make it a go-to choice for purchase.

Practical tool for organizing information
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about Notion is its ability to organize information clearly and efficiently, whether for my own reference or to share with employees and colleagues. The Meeting feature is excellent—I can watch a training video and use Notion at the same time to create an outline, which I later annotate with details that help me remember the material better. Additionally, I appreciate being able to export these outlines to Word, making it easy to translate them for our Spanish-speaking employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have not found anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a significant number of Spanish-speaking employees—such is life in Miami! The capability to create outlines of instructional videos in English and then translate them into Spanish has been extremely helpful. This allows us to share information in a language our team understands, while also supporting their English language learning by providing outlines in both languages. We deeply value our employees' growth mindset, which we consider our greatest asset, and Notion is a tool that helps us reinforce this essential part of our company culture.
AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
The AI assistant integrates seamlessly into Notion's workspace, making it easy to draft content, fix grammar, and adjust tone without switching tools. I find it very helpful for overcoming writer's block, generate quick first drafts, and summarise long documents efficiently. The privacy-conscious approach and simple activation (via spacebar or "/" command) also make it super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all AI, the AI occasionally produces inaccurate information or hallucinations. It can also be sluggish when summarising lengthy documents, and formatting control is limited. It's also primarily a general writing tool rather than specialised for technical tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is primarily used as a centralised knowledge hub within our business and as such the AI is a very useful way to find information from a large number of pages quickly. This is beneficial to me since it saves a considerable amount of time.

Easy to plan and track tasks, intuitive to use

Sometimes can be a little slow, occasional issues with server

We are a small team and so the AI capabilities massively up our capacity - i.e. when writing up minutes from board meetings it is now 10x faster thanks to the note-taking software. What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion's interface very intuitive, making setup and navigation straightforward. I love the search facility, which helps me quickly find specific information. The AI notetaker transcribes meetings efficiently, summarizing key points and action items. I appreciate the platform's sleek design and its ability to add blocks tailored to our needs, ensuring we use it daily as an organizational tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the AI transcribe function to be improved. It often picks up on names and different wording that don't make much sense in the context of the meeting. There are discrepancies when it shares the transcription and notes, and it's not fully accurate at the moment. There are some unusual quirks that need to be addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion acts as our agency's brain by organizing notes and transcribing meetings, improving accessibility and efficiency in retrieving information.
