I really love the ai writing assistant, as a social media manager it has helped me save so much time helping me refine captions, give me some copy tips and making sure everything makes sense

I would like to see more colour customisation and more font variety.

I appreciate the team collaboration features of Notion, which allow team members to add, share, and record knowledge and decisions seamlessly within the same context. The AI functionality is remarkable, aiding in rapid data processing and providing useful insights for publishing and making decisions. I'm also impressed by the integration capabilities with Notion Mail and Calendar, which are very helpful, along with the ability to create personalized tools that fit my processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find there's a learning curve when starting with Notion, especially if you're not familiar with relational databases. It can take time to get used to the structure of the software. Additionally, some of the connectors Notion uses do not delve quickly into the complete dataset as expected. For instance, I've experienced issues with the Google Drive connection, which could be optimized for better performance.

I find Notion enhances team collaboration by consolidating information, allowing us to record and share knowledge efficiently. The integrated AI helps in processing data quickly, aiding decision-making and improving data usefulness.

Not being able to select the language and subtitles of videos in MKV format. Not having an AI agent available at all times on your phone. Or being forced to return to the homepage to access the agent on the phone.

Honestly nothing. It has really gien me everything that I need to keep my business organized. Notion AI is integrated so well and gives me the ability to manage my business and creates tools for me to stay organized.

I find the initial setup of Notion to be challenging in terms of understanding its concept as a database with a modular and block interface structure. It takes time to wrap one's head around structuring data and workflows effectively. Additionally, while Notion integrates with many software tools, it lacks true two-way synchronization with some apps like Jira. This means I can't fully conduct workflows between Notion and other applications, such as sending commands or actions directly to Jira within Notion.

I use Notion as a central repository for notes, plans, and activities. Its AI features eliminate the need for other AI apps, simplifying research and information collation. During Teams meetings, I appreciate how the platform provides a summary afterwards and offers a list of actionable steps that are highly accurate. The AI integrated into this tool is impressively well designed and truly enhances my experience. As a result of these things, I find I use Notion daily to enhance my productivity. It has been a breeze getting it integrated into my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version comes across as clunky and laggy, which can disrupt the flow of my ideas. As someone who enjoys thinking, writing, and building no matter where I am, this really affects my experience.

This tool is great for recapping meetings and helping me improve my writing. I can jot down a quick idea, and it expands on it for me, giving me a solid starting point that I can then refine further.

A little concerned that they’re trying to do too much between mail and calendar as well. Depending how well the Notion AI can connect this piece, it will be incredible.

The only aspect I find challenging is that it can feel overwhelming for new users and employees during onboarding, simply because there is so much available to access.

In a warehouse environment with so many moving parts, it's essential for us to access the right knowledge quickly when needed, and Notion enables us to do this efficiently. Since we started using Notion, our organization has improved significantly, and our team's efficiency has doubled.

I love how Notion serves as an all-in-one tool for almost any use case I have, providing a centralized workspace for tracking knowledge across various activities. I really like the AI meeting notes feature and the overall AI integrations, which I think are some of the coolest things Notion has done. Once I got everything set up, I found it fast, easy to use, and highly customizable, making it adaptable to my workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of Notion to be extremely hard to grasp. It was overwhelming at first and it took about eight months before I really understood the workflow and got comfortable using the product. Additionally, I would prefer if the AI features were included in a more accessible plan, as the current structure might price out many users. Including AI in a standard plan could attract more people to the platform.
