Put your Notion workspace on autopilot with Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI offers a seamless integration into Notion’s existing workflows, enhancing productivity without disrupting the platform’s familiar design. Its ability to auto-fill database properties based on a page’s content is especially powerful, saving time in manual tagging and ensuring consistency across linked databases. AI Blocks allow for highly customized content generation directly within pages, making it easy to draft text, brainstorm ideas, or produce quick summaries tailored to specific prompts. The auto-categorization feature streamlines organization, automatically sorting items into relevant tags or folders. Another standout use case is how Notion AI cleans up pages imported via the Web Clipper -- removing clutter, reformatting text, and turning captured articles or resources into neatly structured Notion pages ready for immediate use.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the downside, the AI’s output isn’t always completely accurate or aligned with expectations, even when detailed prompts are given. This, however, is less a flaw in the tool itself and more a reflection of the need to improve prompt engineering skills. With well-crafted, specific instructions, many of these accuracy gaps can be mitigated over time.

Organization of knowledge, and most importantly activating that knowledge by connecting it to one another through mapping "relationships" between data. It allows me to tap into my brain from years past, to solve problems for tomorrow
Effortless Organization, Enhanced School Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion for its exceptional organizational abilities, especially for managing college tasks. The interface becomes intuitive with practice, making it a great tool for organizing schoolwork, classes, and spreadsheets. The calendar feature keeps me informed of my schedule, and I appreciate using Notion AI along with the customizable color features. I also find incorporating different databases really helpful, and I rely on the seamless integration with Google Calendar. The Notion AI and organization aspects make it a product I'd purchase again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the learning curve for Notion to be quite challenging at first. It took me a while to fully grasp how to use it effectively, and I had to resort to watching numerous tutorials to get comfortable with the interface. I would appreciate having more tutorials to make the initial learning process easier.

Notion- 5 Stars
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate about Notion is the ability to organize and customize everything according to my preferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a bit of a learning curve with this. While you have the option to download templates, I personally prefer to begin from scratch each time.

Notion: A Polished Tool with Room for Integration - AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Notion serves as a polished source of truth for documentation, which makes it more reliable than other tools I've used. The Notion AI and automation features in tables are incredibly helpful, enhancing my workflow and ensuring that I can provide accurate information in Slack channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
"I find it frustrating to write in Notion free form and then design later. It's challenging to navigate blocks sometimes, like writing above or below a block or getting out of a column format. Google Docs is a lot faster in this regard.","I felt a little intimidated by all of the different block types available, and I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted to capture at the start.","There is a bug with meeting transcription.","I would love more integration, but it requires a security review.","The Notion AI default meeting database does not populate with meeting notes as expected when triggered. The connection between them is said to be there but it isn’t effective.","I would make it easier to navigate blocks, maybe by showing the edge of a block when you mouse over it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion a reliable source of truth, benefiting from Notion AI for valuable, accurate responses, especially in Slack channels, and appreciate its polished page design for documentation.
Flexible, All-in-One Productivity Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's flexibility and robustness, allowing me to manage my tasks across multiple areas of my life seamlessly. The all-in-one integration means I don’t have to switch between different systems, saving me time and providing a cohesive workflow. The AI capabilities are a great addition, enhancing my productivity by automating routine tasks efficiently. Integrating mail and calendar into Notion has been seamless, and I appreciate the full productivity suite that helps me manage my day-to-day activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the learning curve of Notion to be quite steep, especially for users who aren't technically advanced. The system's flexibility and ability to build multiple databases make it challenging initially for those not seeking this kind of solution. Although Notion has made progress in implementing standard templates and utilizing AI to ease this learning curve, it still seems like a big barrier to entry. Many users might feel overwhelmed or paralyzed about where to start with Notion due to these complexities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to manage tasks across life and work, streamlining everything into one system. It eliminates the need to switch between various apps, allowing me to track activities seamlessly and stay productive.

Notion AI is even better than it was before!! (And it was already awesome)
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the characters and the way you can assign them different personalities and tasks. I've been experimenting with it for about a week now. Previously, I had a Notion subscription, but I cancelled it after losing my job. Now that I'm venturing into entrepreneurship and need a tool to help me keep my thoughts and databases organized and clear, I've returned to Notion. I was also curious to try out the new features I saw during their event shared virtually. Setting everything up has been straightforward, and the platform responds intuitively to my needs, which I appreciate since I often lose track of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it's just me, but I recall Notion AI being more impressive at writing in the past. I used to think it was comparable to Claude (but with amazing database organization features). I can't quite remember what specific task led me to this impression, but recently, while reading something it generated, I ended up turning to another AI for brainstorming because I wanted better results. It's not a major issue, but it did stand out to me. Overall, there's very little, if anything, that I truly dislike about Notion AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a massive, disorganized collection of pages and ideas that I wanted to experiment with for content creation and tracking my progress. I asked Notion AI to help me consolidate and organize everything, and it managed to sort everything into two main categories. It also created a sort of table of contents and even offered some clever suggestions on its own, which I decided to use—and they turned out to be really cool!

The No-Code Intranet of our Generation
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an exciting and useful methodology of organizing information when you're new to it. But at its core, it's meant to be a powerful all-in-one solution that handles the majority of an organization's business functions in one platform, while adding clarity, automating away manual work, and helping people find and act on information as easily as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a Notion consultant at Docugrow, I'm a bit biased. That being said, Notion's power becomes very apparent when we get to more robust usages of it. Without going through that learning curve and integrating it with other tools, it does not stand out as much compared to other tools on the market with more specific and pre-built purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Notion prevents things from falling through the cracks, and streamlines work by serving as a centralized backend for all company data, resources, and projects
2. Notion helps automate away tedious manual work through its automations and custom agents AI features (Notion offers a rare pragmatic use for AI in a world of mostly underdeveloped, impractical, and unethical generative AI by focusing on more deterministic and agentic workflows)
3. Notion helps me design specific dashboards that best support the various members of my team and my clients' teams in their roles
