Notion is my go-to personal and work note library
What do you like best about the product?
The infinite amout of layers you can make to easily organize concepts and ideas together. Easily creating processes around organizing information for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes gets out of sync when working with a team, sometimes needing a refresh of a page or a complete reboot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me and my team to organize our projects into similar note sections allowing us to easily find information about our projects and ensure we aren't missing critical parts of the planning process.
Inegrated Note taking and working space
What do you like best about the product?
The easy way to integrate and edit notes, tasks, databases, and projects. I especially like how easy it is to link information. Nowadays I like how wasy is to add and edit information, or improve databases using the AI assistant
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, pages with many databases or large files can load slowly, or when importing a .cvs I have to try a couple of time before getting it uploaded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly it helps me with meeting notes, and project details + team coordination. It makes easier to sort related documents.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ease of integration, and the number of features are amazing. The Notion AI new features are very user friendly, and I'm very excited for the future and for the upgrades the AI agents will be recieving. The customer support staff and system is sound. Also, my teams frequency of use is off the charts, we like using notion than any other system before. Also the connectivity throughout notion i.e. slack is super helpful. AI writing assistant and project managment too.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, the ease of implementation of notion ai on more complicated situations like automations is not available, which is hard for someone like me that has no coding experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool truly excels in organization and effectiveness. Its connectivity enables a wide range of automations. For instance, our huddle AI meeting notes are automatically added to a new Notion page, which is then converted into tasks on a Notion task calendar. As the AI agent gains even more access to these automations, I can see myself continuing to use this without hesitation.
AI search is awesome; day-to-day tasks are a bit clunky
What do you like best about the product?
The AI search capability is fantastic. It's great at finding historical documents, and the summaries have been spot on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still find it difficult to simply draft documents. Adding tables, headings, copying and pasting, things that are intuitive in word processing software still present hurdles for me in Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been great as a repository for decision documents, and we've organized a lot of our corporate documents there. The organization options are great, and the AI search feature makes it a lot more useful.
The new Notion AI has been very efficient for us
What do you like best about the product?
Notion had already been helping to set some structures and organize our team. With the AI feature, it has helped us not focus so much on the menial pieces and the prompts from the feature has even helped us get further along on our projects. Has made it fairly easy now to implement new projects as well and connect with our email and google workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still wish we had a little more layout control. Also the dynamic buttons can be a little lacking.

Has really helped summarize notes and also help create intitial databases and plans with the AI bot.

Versatility, speed of its mobile app, connectedness, and available tools.

Has a difficulty with extremely large datasets.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion for both personal planning and work. The ability to share checklists and updates with coworkers and my partner facilitates effective collaboration. Notion's ready-made templates simplify setup, and having the app on my phone allows me to add tasks on the go easily.

I find the lack of integration with Slack somewhat limiting, considering it is a tool we use extensively at work.

I would like Notion to be quicker in terms of speed. I feel it should have the speed of Obsidian and the functionality of Ignite.
