The seamless integration with tools like Google Drive and Typeform is remarkable. The tool’s collaborative nature is excellent, allowing team members to join as guests without license fees. Setting it up was effortless, and the ability to automate tasks makes it an all-in-one solution for project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes using Notion can become a little bit confusing for team members in terms of where to add content or how to add different sheets and things. Also, the formulas can be somewhat complicated. It might be beneficial if the platform were made a bit simpler for better usability.

Ultimate All-In-One Organizer with Room for Connectivity Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion serves as a superior organizing tool with endless possibilities, making it easy to organize my life and work tasks in a one-stop shop format. The databases and customization features are particularly useful, and I'm impressed with the recent addition of Notion AI, which helps automate tasks efficiently. I value how Notion consolidates everything in one place, eliminating the need for multiple apps for individual functions. Overall, it's a fantastic solution for both personal and professional organization, keeping everything streamlined and well-managed.
What do you dislike about the product?
{"The Notion mail and calendar seem too much like standalone applications and not sufficiently integrated within the Notion ecosystem.","I wish there was more automation in Notion, such as automatically creating tasks from high-priority emails, which currently requires additional software that isn't part of Notion.","The setup for achieving automation in Notion can be time-consuming."}
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize my life and company tasks, streamlining work allocation and enhancing team coordination with client management and weekly meetings. It's a fantastic all-in-one solution for compiling and tracking everything efficiently.
Great for collaboration, documentation, and building workflows
What do you like best about the product?
i like how seamlessly it combines documentation and project management in one place. It’s intuitive and flexible enough to support both individual workflows and team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that Notion lacks automatic organization or embedding of related documents, which leads to countless disconnected pages that feel like isolated “islands” instead of an integrated knowledge system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion streamlines knowledge management by centralizing docs, notes, and tasks in one place, reducing context switching and improving team alignment.
AI-Powered Efficiency with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion’s integrated AI systems, which have significantly impressed me by going above and beyond to streamline my tasks and processes. The AI makes a huge difference by saving me time daily, allowing me to effortlessly integrate information into my existing structure. Additionally, Notion helps me quickly identify and address productivity pinch points in my projects, solving numerous managerial challenges efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Notion lacks more granular sharing options. I would appreciate being able to share a specific section of a page with others instead of having to share an entire page. This would provide better control over what information is shared and how it's presented to collaborators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion's AI to connect concepts, identify productivity pinch points, and manage projects efficiently, saving me time daily.

Notion AI responds quickly and provides answers to any question, delivering results that are highly relevant and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
When Notion offers links, it could do a better job of providing more useful information.

Growth
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to share amongst colleagues internally
What do you dislike about the product?
Very clunky, hard to navigate, poor for project management

It is great as a way to keep knowledge together, but it is very bad for project management. A lot of the key features are not intuitive
Best Knowledge Management App Around
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in what you can create and how you can link it is limitless. From mind maps, extensive notes, research papers and whatever other digital knowledge you have, Notion has a way to organize it. Also, it has a very robust template marketplace, with tons of free submissions and then more advanced ones you can buy, there is probably a template already there for what you are looking to do. I use it with my team daily and have easily integrated it with our company knowledge management system, making it our one stop shop for all knowledge items.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve and the AI Assistant is just not quite advanced to the point that you can depend on it to get data structures correct from the get go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our knowledge base was difficult to use, difficult to search and spread over many different systems within the company. With Notion, we have been able to import data from multiple different systems to act as a central repository. For data we can't directly import or systems we can't integrate directly, Notion can index and link to that information so it can still be found quickly in our library.
Great product, but has potential to be even better.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you have so many different option to create within the pages. Everything is so customizable and can work for any size team or project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Notion had better resources for creating templates and were easier to create templates that can be used for various project. The template making process is very time consuming and it would be a lot easier if you could prompt AI to create your full template rather than pieces of the template. I also fee like notion is not consistent when you enter code to create sections (ie. toggle list). It could be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Serves as a primary source for all project management tracking and note-taking. It is beneficial because it allows us to keep everything in one application rather than using multiple.
The knowledge base missing link
What do you like best about the product?
As a resident physician in oral and maxillofacial surgery, there are many sources of knowledge to draw from. Personal experiences, lectures, advice from attendings, primary journal articles and textbooks among a few. Only notion has been able to serve as a repository to easily organize and access these various forms of knowledge to draw from and help to see the common threads that link them and any modifications to make.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve and time commitment to take advantage of the possibilities.
