Notion is hands-down the best tool for business planning and team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact how easy it is to create tables, schedule work, and collaborate with team members and other resources. I can store everything in my Notion easily for later, and I have built a great personal dashboard that could not work without. It shows me exactly what to do each day, week, and month, and links to the important assets on and off Notion.
It's my second brain and I wouldn't want to live without it!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The team keeps developing the functions and I recommend it for everyone I know.

Speed. Compared to Confluence, it is night and day!

Organizing different pages is too difficult

All the documentation we use is in Notion. It really helps us thanks it is a really fast platform

It's great to be able to collaborate with all the company in an easy way.

Some options are not easy to know about and know how to implement/set up. It'd be great to have some quick tutorials when looking ways to do specific things.

It gives easy visibility on projects with nice layouts !

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to create, share and organise documentation for the entire company. We use Notion to document everything inside our company, especially in Product & Engineering. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features for filters are missing, like I cannot filter a DB view based on a value I insert in the containing view.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of Notion is its intuitive, user-friendly interface. Even beginners can quickly get the hang of it, thanks to its drag-and-drop functionality and the ability to create custom layouts

The feature I miss the most is the capability to hand write notes from the Ipad using the Apple Pencil

I like the ease of organising the different types of tasks I may have. I frequently use the meetings and projects features to organise my thoughts and work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to clear the clutter within the different tabs

What do you like best about the product?
It is accessible by other team members on live, while it also allow you to create different categories with respective accesses depending on the team, and it recently allow the user to format the typing which in my opinion has been a game changer for better comprehension

In my opinion, it is not very visibile the tools to understand potential problems while laying out the different tabs.
For example, I have a question on how I can set up the template with specific examples but customer service (or ai) is not very accesible

Notion has allowed us to coordinate in a better and user friendly way the lot of processes that involve different stakeholders from several teams
A Versatile Solution for Streamlining Product Management
What do you like best about the product?
As a product manager, I rely on Notion for writing notes, crafting PRDS, and managing and sharing roadmap with stakeholders. Various templates, intuite user experience, and capabilities to customize as per needs makes Notion a very powerful tool for multiple use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance on windows devices woth i5 config and below, and mobile experience are some of the thinghs Notion can improve upon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all our document needs - note taking, to-do list, writing PRDs, and creating Roadmaps

Colours are not so strong and bold, highlithed test are not so evident.
