What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to keep track of all the work and notes on DOD basis.
It helps me to store all the important DOCs and meeting notes in one place.
I can segregate my tasks based on different level of status and level of complexity.

Sometimes seeing all the tasks listed in the dashboard makes me overwhelmed.

Helps to to keep track of all the important tasks and documents in one place, so I can look into it whenver needed.

Plugins to quickly insert webpages to your knowledge base for reviews, reminders, ability to create multiple database views
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike but i would want notion to build capabilities to import tweets, kindle highlights etc. These plugins would be really helpful

What do you like best about the product?
Notion stands as a way of jotting down ideas, which eventually turn into products in reality. I use it as a product manager's partner to use as a notepad for everything in the journey. From user research and voice of customer, to market research with charts to drafting PRDs using Notion AI, the extent of Notion's support always keeps up.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many capabilities, Notion does needs to be a bit more user-intuitive to use. I often find myself looking for tabs and features that adds to my cognitive load. (Although with Notion AI, it has reduced to a great extent.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a Product Manager, multi-tasking capabilities are essential for efficient working. Notion has made that possible day in day out with AI capabilities. Turning 3000-word long notes into consumable pointers, drafting actionables from them and assigning them to several owners makes it intuitive to use in several use-cases.

Bugs in the app sometimes, like I can't open a new tab in Notion from some time

Slightly difficult learning curve which makes it difficult to have users get onboarded sooner

The different kinds of blocks help customizing the template to the requirement of the business very easily

Cloud-sync definitely, helpful for multi-device working. Database also aids categorization.

sometimes, the cloud sync experiences delays.

The fact that it is very easy to customize according to my needs.

The Android app is a bit hard to use because when I'm trying to scroll it sometimes moves items around.

I am always getting ideas. When I'm working or in the shower. Until I started using Notion these ideas were going nowhere. Most were lost and some were written down in a note app. But now with notion, whenever I have an idea I drop it on notion and all my ideas have a page on their own so when I come across information on the internet which connects with my previous ideas I quickly link those in the pages as well.
Good product but needs more improvement

Flexible widgets, lots of intergations and good UI
What do you dislike about the product?
Search is terrible, it's hard to find the relevant pages and docs. Confluence performs much better with this regard. Also this is a crucial feature
