A perfect tool for task management
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the best tool for creating a to-do list and task-management. Notion comes with some pre-built templates that help to organize our work. Notion AI is also helping to manage our task. Its mobile application is also very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is not for beginners; it is not a user-friendly platform for the first-time user because it's taken time to manage all the things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using notion for my daily to-do list. It is helpful to track any big project tasks. We can create a team and invite other users to join that team, then we can assign them tasks and see the work process. I personally use the Notion Chorme extension, where we can save any website for later reading with just a few clicks. I can manage all my personal and professional tasks easily with Notion.

Notion is versatile, allowing seamless management of documentation, project tracking, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if that is bug, selection of text and its movement is very much not satisfactory. Team should look in this.

I've been using Notion for about 2+ years now and it's a great tool to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and integrate with. No additional computer or technical skills needed. It's straightforward. The improvements that are added each month/year that passes just makes it the best tool to share resources with.

Search needs to be very specific to come up with the article you're looking for.

It is help share our internal resources with one another with the benefit of search pages, and in an organized manner.

I regularly use Notion to review documentations and guides. Notion is easy to use, sleek and compact. I like how minimalist it is while still having plethora of features to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, I couldn't find something that i dislike about Notion. It has been good to me thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps keeping guides and workflow management made by my peers easy to use. It's definitely easier to browse through to look for any specific document in mind.

Notion has been a go to productivity tool for me. Ease of use and all in one tool.

I think sometimes the data doesn't show up correctly due to some delay in fetching the data from the API

What do you like best about the product?
It is highly customisable to suit the purpose we need, allowing it to be an all-in-one tool for project management, note taking, and more. There are many templates available, and support many plug-ins.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, because of high customisability, it may not be as easy to pick up for users who are new to notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to keep all my information in one place, from keeping notes about clients, to project and task management, and allows collaboration with others too with different level of access available. I can put all the information in my head in one place and direct people to the necessary documents when they ask questions - useful for onboarding new team mates and cross-team collaboration.
