LOVE me some Notion Pages!
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how this tool connects all my work and personal projects in a way that matches how my mind works. It’s not cluttered at all—just simple and straightforward. It truly feels like a map of my brain, and I use it every day at the core of my businesses. Since I manage a portfolio of work, I can easily switch between everything I need to handle. Getting started was incredibly easy, and sharing with my clients and partners was seamless. It integrates well with my entire tech stack and fits right into my workflow. Creating a new page is always simple, and I use it to keep notes on every conversation. I had to use the customer support recently and I appreciate the simple tutorials. Lately, the AI has become my go-to for organizing data and summarizing notes—it’s been a real game changer for my productivity.

It's intuitive and easy for the entire team to adopt, regardless of background.

The search function has improved slightly but overall is not great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion acts as our internal wiki and we use it for a variety of applications. It is much better than some of the other options out there.
Organized Note-Taking with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how Notion keeps my notes organized, eliminating the stress of searching for them. The toggle feature is excellent for spaced repetition, aiding my medical school studies. Notion AI saves time by quickly organizing notes and formatting tasks like adding bullet points. Also, the ability to create pages within pages offers unmatched organization and utility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I would like some more flexibility with customization and creativity, especially with formatting. For example, you can't really add bullet points within tables, and changing fonts is not possible. There's limited freedom when it comes to these kinds of formatting options. The placement of images can also be very strict, which sometimes feels restrictive even though having strict formatting rules can be helpful. I think having more creativity and liberty with text, tables, and resizing or placing elements on the page would be beneficial. Additionally, the price is another factor that affects my recommendation, as it doesn't justify a perfect score.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion organizes my notes, making them easy to navigate and search, eliminating the stress of losing paper notes. The toggle feature aids in spaced repetition, crucial for memorizing medical school content, and Notion AI saves time by quickly changing formatting.

I find its search features incredibly useful for easy navigation. The AI integration drastically speeds up task and document setup, saving me significant time. Notion is a versatile tool for project management and organizing shared knowledge bases. I love its flexibility and the integration with other tools like email and Slack, making it an indispensable asset for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see Notion Mail and Notion Calendar become more mature products. There's just still some functionality in them that isn't ideal or doesn't feel fully thought through yet.

I love how Notion has significantly improved our workflow by being a much better solution than Google Docs, enabling our company to work faster. It is extremely easy to use, with simple commands and an easy editing process, reducing the learning curve. Notion also enhances our communication by making it easy to document processes and create a communal database, which keeps the company running smoothly. I appreciate its sticky nature, serving as a single source of truth as our organization grows larger and more complex. Its ability to make building to-do lists and custom pages simple is something I find particularly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be great if Notion could automatically suggest better ways to organize the content I create. For instance, offering different designs, templates, or structures could make it easier for people to read and understand, enhancing clarity.

It's helping keep everything in one place and I can give all different access to any users in my company, also, I like I can integrate it with automation platforms I use on a daily basis

I love the comprehensive functionality of Notion, as it combines multiple tools into one platform, which is highly beneficial for my work. Its simplicity and functionality make managing documents, projects, and traceability within my industry much easier. I also appreciate the effectiveness of the sync blocks, callout blocks, and at mentions to maintain a single source of truth. Additionally, Notion AI aids in improving my writing and formatting content, adding further value to its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I encountered a learning curve when starting to use Notion, as understanding the different tools like pages, databases, and mentions was initially challenging. Additionally, I feel that I haven't been able to utilize Notion AI to its full potential, despite its promising capabilities that I've seen in videos. This has been somewhat disappointing.

I find Notion helps keep traceability within items and provides a single source of truth, streamlining document drafting and project management in one place.
